    Works Great
I didn’t realize how grey the item was, but it works for our space. And it works great. We use the 1-4 cups setting for up to 7 cups to make sure it’s piping hot (otherwise it’s barely warm, and that’s why you WANT that kind of feature). There’s a nice replaceable filter on the water reservoir. It sounds like an airplane taking off when it grinds but what grinder isn’t loud? It does require somewhat careful cleaning after every use, but not a big deal. Comes with a nice forever filter or takes paper filters. I get good coffee and I can remove one more item from my countertops, so that’s a win for me.

took 3 weeks to get here and showed up like this half way out of the box.
product showed up in its original packaging as shown in the photos. Smashed up torn up halfway out of the box . Looked like it had been used as a basketball from here to china. coffee makers made out of glass and mechanics more than likely broken I didnt open the box the rest of the way. Maybe I can find a product in USA that hasn’t been thrown around.

Cuisinart doesn’t compare to their older products
The coffee pot is beautiful and goes great in my kitchen. But it is pretty clear that Cuisinart doesn’t make their products as good as they used to. My old Cuisinart coffee maker/grinder lasted about 8 years. It still brews, but the grind button stopped working. So, I ordered this one. We immediately noticed it was made “cheaper” than the older model. The new one aesthetically look great and works just fine too. But within a week the stainless side panel is already popping out. We also noticed the no-drip carafe definitely DOES drip. Always spills a little bit onto counter while pouring. Going to keep it and hope the side panel doesn’t get worse. 🤞🏻 My Cuisinart food processor from the 80’s is still holding up great, so I have a little hope! I included pic of panel and of new model vs old model.

Slightly improved over the last Cuisinart Grind and Brew that we had
Some minor improvements have been added to the newer model. First off, the new color option. They call it “stainless” on the website but it’s really a lighter grey plastic versus the darker black color that they used to ONLY have. (They still offer that but this was a new option.) I like the lighter grey color because it does show what isn’t clean! (That can be both good and bad, I guess.) The coffee grinder container is EXACTLY the same (but light grey instead of black). I wish it were slightly larger because I would like a little bit stronger coffee and still a full pot but I can live with that. The grounds basket is improved with a hinged lid, which, again, is both good and bad. It’s easier to put in place but a littler hard to clean. The instructions say you can pop the lid off but I haven’t tried that yet. The blue back-lit display is, once more, both good and bad. The older model was just black on grey LCD and not lit. This new back-lit one is pretty bright and the blue doesn’t really match all the other appliances that are displaying the time (stove, microwave, air fryer, etc.) Not a huge deal. The carafe is the exactly the same as the previous model (except the molded top is also the light grey color). So, most of the improvements are cosmetic. The coffee brewing process and the taste of the coffee is exactly the same. The delivery from Beach Camera was impressive! Shipped the same day and arrived 2 days later. THAT’S important if your without a coffee pot!

5 on the flavor and 3 on the cleaning
I was tired of buying pods. I have used coffee grinders when using a drip coffee maker in the past and was on board with one unit that does both. The pros and cons:Pros:1) The brewed coffee has great flavor as expected.2) The warming plate temperature is perfect because even after two hours, the coffee still tastes hot and fresh.3) The stainless finish is nice (just as described).4) I’m always a fan of 2 -in-1 appliances; less stuff on the counter.Cons:1) As other reviewers noted, there are a lot of parts to clean (i.e., 2 grinder parts, 2 basket parts, and of course, the coffee pot itself). I am using the reusable basket, so a paper filter may avert cleaning that one part.2) At the end of the cycle, occasionally, there will be a whole bean or two left in the grinder (hence the rating on the grinder power). Not sure why this is happening.I’ve only had the coffee maker for a week, but so far I’m pleased overall and very happy with the flavor of the brewed coffee.

    This is my Third One
Love this Cuisinart coffee brewer. Love that it grinds the beans and then brews the coffee. Can’t gete much better than that. I have had quite a few years out of each brewer – worth the price

    Disappointed
I was so excited to get this. Looks beautiful. Read entire manual and started the initial flush. Water dispensed and leaked all over the top of the carafe. Made sure carafe was placed correctly, watched video and called customer service. Tried with coffee thinking maybe the coffee would slow the drip. That did not help at all. Returned the unit as advised by customer service

Love this upgraded product and love the color
We love this model so well that when the old was deteriorating, we knew we wanted the same model. This version has a few updates in style and features that we appreciate!
