Excellent closet system. Comes in two shipments.
The order came in separate boxes on different days. The second delivery was several days later after it showed it had all been delivered, so donât panic!The system is great! Lots of parts but very easy to put together. Excellent system for the price.

Building my dream closet â¨ï¸
Absolutely love this closet system. Pretty simple to build, once you get hang of it. Definitely do use power tools for the most part. It took about 3 hours to build the first one but only took about an 1½-2hrs to build each one after the first one was done. But I was able to build them all by my self, didnt need my husband’s help much except bringing the box in(it is VERY HEAVY), and once built, locating it in its place.

Customer Service Above and Beyond!
I can’t say enough about how great the customer service is! This closet system comes in three boxes. FedEx was horrible with the deliveries, but the company was quick to respond. Communication was top notch. When my last box finally arrived, it was missing some parts due to the large hole in the box- again, this is FedEx’s fault. The company immediately responded sending out the missing hardware. This closet itself is so nice! It took two of us to put it together. It wasn’t difficult as long as we used the instructions. We are still waiting to finish it, and I will upload pictures of the finished product. So far, I love it! I would definitely order from this company again.

My husband found this when we were looking for a solution to the old wiring shelving falling in our walk-in. He bought two sets so that we each have the full L-shape set. It took him a Sat+ Sun to solo-install. He says it wasnât difficult and that the company was quick to reply and get a replacement sent when we had found a piece got damaged in shipping. We love it and would purchase again!

Love my closet but had to work for it
The pic of the product is deceiving because it appears as though this a freestanding unit as pictured. This unit came in two boxes with two different sets of instructions with no way to connect the two to each other. It looks great and we figured out a way to attach the two but needed a bottle jack to hold up the first section until we completed the second section. Now that itâs put together we love it and bought 3 other Besiost units to complete the closet. It couldâve been 5 stars if we didnât have to buy additional hardware to put it together.
