Solid Copper Tip
Comes in three different sizes, and can be easily changed via the screws on the soldering iron. Change into a larger-sized triangular tip if you need to heat a large area of plastic at once.
Reinforcement Mesh
Especially great if you’re joining two broken pieces, the mesh provides additional reinforcement to ensure the plastic can still withstand forces once repaired. Usually used in areas such as plastic holes, brackets, rails, and more.
40 Plastic Rods
You can use our included plastic rods to join the broken pieces. If the compound is different from the original plastic, we recommend cutting pieces off the original and use the cut-off pieces as plastic rods to form the most solid bond.
Power Switch
We include a built-in power switch on the welder’s grip, you can turn the power ON or OFF directly on the grip.
Operation Indicator
The indicator light lets you know that the heating is currently ON or OFF to avoid touching a heated welder.
Maximum Temperature
Our plastic welder can heat to 1112°F to provide sufficient temperature for melting most plastic materials.
Wear Protective Gear
Plastic repair generates fume, and we strongly recommend wearing appropriate protective gear when conducting plastic welding.

No quality
If I could give it zero stars I would. The first time I used this product, it lasted approximately 5 minutes before I heard a pop and the power indicator light went off and didnât come back on. I waited until the tool was completely cool, tried it in different outlets, removed the tool, but nothing helped. It is dead.

I bought it a couple of months ago believe it was on sale or something, and knew I could add it to my stuff. It’s an entire crash item, never actually used it. The opened it until today, everything is literally brand new, just unboxed it after reading the instructions, set it up, and it went on fire. We would absolutely like a refund and gladly Send everything back to you.
