How do I successfully pair a string of lights with the app?
Ensure that the network is 2.4GHz. Check that the light strings are all paired with red blinking. Follow the app prompts to complete the pairing. Please note that it is important to enter the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
Is it possible to set a different color for each LED?
Our Smart Life app supports individual control of the color of each LED.
Does the light string support automatic on and off?
The Smart Life app has a timer function that allow you to set a schedule for the string of lights to turn on/off.
Why does part of the string not light up after connecting a cut string with a wire connector set?
Failure to insert the correctly labeled wire into the wire connector as instructed may result in a short circuit, which could damage the extension cord with signal amplifier(dotted line to blue slot, letter to red and blank to yellow)

Software has a learning curve but the lights âWOWâ
I installed these lights about a month and an half ago. Everything went well. I searched for a company to install them ( I am 74) but gave up after four bids between $600 and $1200. So I took my time and did it myself. Had them going by the 4th of July. Great lights!!! I canât wait for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the rest of the holidays. I am still changing the display and experimenting with the many different combinations. I have them hooked up thru Alexa via Smart Life. The Appeck software and the Smart Life software are kind of hard to work with but I am learning. The adhesive is weak so I used the screws and clips. Actually bought hex head screws as they are easier to work with. In doing my research the 200â kit was the best for the money. I connected them outside and bought a waterproof box for the switch and transformer. There was plenty of wiring for the connection and Smart Life makes the interface with the lights and Alexa pretty easy. There was an issue with the screws in the switch and Appeck responded quickly and corrected the issue. I am happy with the company and the lights.

Excellent lights !!
Did a lot of research in to âproâ lights and decided to buy these. I am not disappointed at all. Easy to put up, easy to fix and then permanently clip. Easy to extend and cut – overall fantastic. Smart App connected fine first time and the range of colors and holidays etc is brilliant. So much to customize as well – music feature also works really well. Loved these so much ordered another set for that back of the house !! Excellent quality – highly recommend!

Great product
They look good when installed properly. They are easy to install when installing them in straight line but becomes a bit of a challenge when you have architectural facade. The lights connect well with the Govee app, have millions of color combinations as well as pre-defined scenes.Family, friends and neighbors love the lights during holiday season. It has only been 1 season and they have been holding up very well.

These are great alternatives to the more expensive Govee. Installation was easy and the light pattern selections are endless. The lights appear to be well made and they come in black or white.

Lights look great nice and bright had one strand that didnât work and two extension cords that didnât work would have gave it a five if I didnât have those two problems

Easy to set up and operate
Fantastic lights set. We were looking for a set where it was easy to set up our own display of selected colors. This set definitely delivers. It was so easy to set up and install. The adhesive made it extremely important to install. Neighbors have been stopping and asking about the lights.

Wonât work and no customer service
Im incredibly disappointed with Appeck and Amazon. I paid a significant amount to an electrician to install these lights in freezing temperatures, hoping to create a magical Christmas experience for my kids. Unfortunately, that dream is shattered. I purchased these lights because they claimed to be âbrighterâ than the competitors, but the quality is nowhere near what was promisedâdespite the hefty price tag.To make matters worse, thereâs no real customer service to help. Iâm stuck with defective lights and out over $1,400, including installation costs. How can a company knowingly sell a product that isnât up to standard? Iâve put holes in my home for no reason, and now I have to pay an electrician again to remove the lightsâ40 feet up, no less. And as the temperatures drop, Iâm sure the cost will only increase.Amazon has made it convenient to buy almost anything with the click of a button, but whereâs the accountability for sellers like this? How is waiting 24-48 hours for an email offering a refund and telling me to keep the faulty product helpful? It doesnât fix the damage or cover my losses.As consumers, we deserve better. These products are sold at premium prices and require serious commitment to install, yet the quality and support donât match. these lights are great and now i dont have to climb on the roof to hang lights anymore
I bought these with the intention of using them just for christmas lights instead of having to hang and take down lights every year especially when it is cold and i have snow or ice on my roof, and after last year having 3 weeks of high winds before christmas i was done with having to go back up on my roof, i searched through all the brands Govee, eufy, etc. and these APPeck were some of the brightest have ip67 rated control boxes and power adapters which most only have ip 65. the fact that i could also cut the strands and place in extensions or shorten the length works great. I also decided on these as i needed almost 350 ft for my whole house and could get a 144W adapter with both 200 ft and 150ft kits was huge, with govee i talked with their customer support and they said i would need to purchase seperate kits and an additional adapter as their 150ft kit came with a 77W adapter. the app was a little tricky for me to figure out at first and my internet on the day i was setting it up was acting funny and would not connect so that was frustrating but having the customization is very nice. so glad i purchase these and never have to go on the roof of this house again
