Easy to put together, very sturdy for my 250lb body. My back popped on the first use and it was the best feeling! I can now walk straight up and down with minimal pain. I’ll be using this thing everyday to try and get my discs filled back with fluid.

It does the job, heat & massage, fantastic!
When you hear those dreaded three words,”some assembly required”, you need not fear. The instructions are spot on! Many easy to follow instructions and diagrams. You can even scan the code and see an assembly video. While It is not the easiest to assemble, it can be done with two people. Most steps only require a single person but adding the seat to the frame will require two people.When I got to that part, I flipped the frame upside down. I didn’t have to fight gravity to then fasten the 4 bolts to hold the seat.The apparatus is very well made, sturdy construction. The included tools were all that I needed. The process took about 3 hours to complete.The heat and massage work extremely well. This inversion table does the job to relieve pain in the entire back! Not just lower back, but even as high as the shoulders. I would give it 5 stars if the assembly would have gone better. Still, you don’t have to let that stop you from getting this apparatus. It works extremely well. You can even spend a little more money and have it delivered to the room you want and have it assembled.For the money, this is first rate! I’m completely satisfied with this inversion table. I recommend it. One last mention, it is rated for 300 pounds.

L5-S1 best friend so far
I have a L5-S1 heriation where I got surgery and recovered. But now I got injured again and my spine feels so compressed I am desperate for relief.I decided to finally get a Inversion table as I noticed benefits of my Physical Therapist providing “Traction” where they grab your ankles and pull on you which relieves tension on your spine. This is a similar effect by providing vertical traction. Your weight of your body relieves the tension on your spine.I opted for this model with the massage and heat. ABSOLUTE worth it. I put it on full blast heat and massage and man….definitely makes it worth it and gives some relief.It’s no magic fix so far but even my pain management doctor said the purchase was an excellent idea and highly recommends it.This one will likely stay with me til I no longer exist. It’s built really solid. Like it’s REALLY solid. It’s very heavy of a unit so if you are the one with back issues, hopefully try and get some assistance with setting this up.Keep in mind of space, it’s a very large unit! It does sort of fold up but only so much. Its still a large unit folded up and makes for a pain in the butt in my apartment with limited space but I got desperate for relief from the compressed feeling in my disc and this has helped so much already. I’m trying to get it to relieve a pinch where my foot is numb. If this helps relieve that I will definitely update this here.But otherwise it’s worth it alone for relieving that compressed feeling in your spine that just doesn’t go away. From what I experienced in my short time of owning this. I can highly recommend it. At $200, this is a back injured best friend.

I’m a first time inversion table user, so I didn’t go with an expensive one. I was very skeptical about the positive effects and upon ordering, figured I’d end up returning the product. NOT happening -WOW! Excellent value for your dollar. I use it approximately 3-4 times a day, for 5 – 10 minutes each time. Last night I was chatting with my daughter on the phone while hanging inverted. I placed a 3-D picture upside down on the floor to look at while using it.You need a 3 x 6 foot area, if you choose to not fold it between uses. It has very comfortable formed padding, has smooth operation, feels very secure and stable, and the heat and massage make a huge difference. I was wondering how it would feel with all the pressure being on your ankles when you’re suspended. Not an issue at all. They state to wear footwear when using it. I did the first time and now hop on with whatever I have on my feet – just socks or even bare feet. I don’t find a difference at all.Four things I will point out. 1- I’m short, so I do raise up on my toes to get the ankle supports on my ankles before I lock in. If not, it grabs my calves and then I slide into position once I’m inverted. I think it’s easier on my ankles to not have the force of repositioning.2 – The ‘massage’ is actually vibrate, and if you have it on maximum intensity on the upper portion, I find it way too loud. I just use the lower back vibrate, and ensure that it is positioned correctly prior to inverting.3 – You can’t find your fulcrum based on the height adjustment. In the instructions it states that will vary based on your weight distribution. I use the 5′ 3″ setting and am actually 4′ 11″ tall – I have wide shoulders so am top heavy. It’s not an issue at all, I just had to try three different settings before I found what worked for me.4 – You need to know yourself for this to be worthwhile. My husband hated the feeling of being locked in and free hanging, even though he started on a slight incline. I was unsure about how I would handle it since I get vertigo. I use it as directed and don’t have any issues. When I’m done hanging, I slowly go up to level for a bit, then very slowly return to an upright position. I felt a bit dizzy the first few times using it, but it passed within seconds. Now I just stay on for those extra seconds and pause to hold a position as I’m uprighting. Just be smart and you shouldn’t have any issues.I have back, hip and knee issues and I feel great each time I get off the table. I haven’t used voltaren or pain medication since using the table regularly. I listen to my body and use it after housework, or out shopping, or after a long walk, or sitting in a vehicle or after exercising. I now do side to side stretching, grasping the table leg to give my sides and back a nice stretch. This table provides me with relief that I never expected.

Terrific!! This inversion table is exactly as good as i hoped it would be. It’s only day one of putting it together so as of writing this i have had around 10 sessions of being 70% inverted as i don’t want to over do it and cause myself more harm than I’m already in. I must say that early impressions are sky high and this whole unit is of gym quality, it’s built like a tank being extremely sturdy and secure leaving no doubts about safety when in use.The ankle supports are superb in holding you comfortably in place without much sliding.I have not tried it yet with the heat and vibration on, I’ll try this tomorrow but I’m having doubts at the moment that I’ll use that as you are already getting hot from being inverted and i don’t want to sweat like crazy or pass out whilst upside down.Big thanks to the seller who reached out to me informing me that the plug is American only so it will require an adaptor and promising me that the delivery will be fast and in perfect condition which it was.Top marks and i highly recommend this inversion table and from this seller, you won’t be disappointed 🙂👍

Me encantó su precio en el buen fin, salió el costo como si comprara una usada, y la verdad con las 2 semanas que llevo utilizandola a diario he visto una muy ligera mejoría a mis dolencias de espalda baja, vamos a ser más constantes para opinar sobre una mejoría más sintomática. En cuanto a construcción y facilidad de uso esta decente en todos los aspectos, es un producto muy bueno y si están en esta decisión por problemas de espalda, más que recomendable ya que no es tan grande que estorbe pero no tan pequeña que se sienta frágil. Solo el soporte de tobillos es algo incómodo si la utilizan por más de 15 minutos a más de 45 grados, puede ser molesto conforme pasan los minutos. Fuera de esto es recomendable
