For Extra Firm, Look No Further…
This sucker is hard! I love it, but I’ve been working out for a long time. If you’re just getting started with foam rolling, you’ll want something softer. But if you’re looking for an extra firm foam roller, then this is it. Very good quality product and light to carry. Decent price, too. It’s also the perfect length to work the entire body… unless you’re a pro football player. Then, you might need the longer one. 😉

If you exercise in any way shape or form you need this. I have been able to release knots I didnât even know where the cause of other pains!! The pink is also perfect! Itâs good and solid, and worth the price because it is designed to hold a good amount.

Works well to stretch out back and relieves upper back and shoulder knots. Love feeling the crack when lifting arms over head when roll is positioned at upper back. The size is perfect too. Tried a smaller one prior to buying this size and that slipped out more easily.

Foam Roller that serves purpose well. Light and small enough to tote in a backpack to the gym.
I love this foam roller. Itâs firm enough to roll on muscles and joints but not so hard that it’s uncomfortable. It’s small enough to fit in a backpack and it’s very light. I bring it with me to the gym everytime I go. I start every workout by foam rolling with this foam roller and I’ve found that it really helps with lower back soreness in particular. Itâs a cool visual design too.

Very happy with this. Had a less firm roller before for several years; it became a bit ‘squashed’. This one is much better – nice and firm, and doesn’t feel like it will ever get compressed or wear out. Been using it for a number months now – all good.

Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e “colocar” a coluna no lugar.
