Perfect Fit
How easy to install? Just a couple of screws and you are done. Seems to be better and tighter than the old lock so we are more confident that the latch is secure. Quality was just as good as original.

Worked for my enclosed trailer
Works great

Easy install replaced previous door locks
This kit replaced another I installed 2 yrs ago that I bought from Amazon, the old dead bolt was not working either from the key or inside lock. This unit worked perfectly. I used some dry lube on the lock and weâll see how long this one will last.
Marc –
door latch
Bought a used trailer, door latch worked ok but only had one key. It was cheaper to replace this door latch then to have spare keys made.fit like a glove
Destiny Russell –
Works well
Works great
SeaLint –
Poor quality/durability
Both locks malfunctioned in different ways after only three months. The deadbolt has mechanically seized on one lock and the latch has failed/seized on the other (despite lubrication attempts and checking alignment on both). Lock quality seemed below OEM when installing and after three months my suspicions were confirmed.
