    A great resource for healthy, easy meals
    My family has tried a number of meals from Shawna’s cookbook and we’ve liked each of them! The recipes are delicious and easy to follow!I appreciate that she added more thank just recipes. She shared a lot of great information about how to make your kitchen a little less toxic. Shawna is such a wonderful, humble person who does a great job of sharing her recipes and knowledge with others!

    Clean cooking made beautiful and simple
    This book bas taught me a different way to cook – a healthier way. All of these meals are fresh, whole foods that work well with my family’s need for no gluten or dairy. I think more in processes now than recipes per se. Like soaking my beans and grains a head of time has become part of the process of making good food. I think of what I’m going to make and how to process the ingredients in steps ahead of time so I am ready to put together a wonderful, healthy meal for my family. We’ve enjoyed all of the recipes I’ve made so far, but it also includes beat practices tips for your pantry – like a master spice blend to save time in the future. This is a beautiful gift for yourself or others to encourage us to make small changes in our highly processed world to be just a little less toxic.

    Must-Have Cookbook!
    This is the cookbook that should be in every kitchen! It includes healthy, nourishing recipes that are EASY and include common ingredients. There is such a wide variety of dishes and flavor profiles that I think it can suite so many different people. We’ve LOVED every recipe we’ve tried so far and can’t wait to keep cooking in it! It also includes an entire section on how to make your cooking and kitchen healthier, in a very do-able way, which is so great for people just getting started with a healthier lifestyle! Beyond all of that, the book and photos are just beautiful! So well done! 👏

    Amazing recipes!
    The recipes in this book are delicious and make you feel good. My favorites so far have been the chocolate pudding, the dairy-free caramel corn, the taco seasoning, and the Catalina dressing. The dressing is excellent on Shawna’s taco salad recipe or nearly any green salad!

    After following Shawna on IG for a while now (@alittlelesstoxic) I knew I HAD to preorder this cookbook! And let me tell you, it was well worth the wait now that I finally got my hands on it. I obviously don’t know her personally, but from what I’ve watched and observed of her she is just genuinely someone you can trust. She’s funny, she’s genuine, she’s honest, and she’s super helpful in regards to making my life and kitchen a little less toxic. Practical advice, easy recipes that are delicious, and best of all I can feel good knowing I am nourishing myself and my family with clean and healthy food! Highly recommend this cookbook!

    Don’t wait, buy this book today! I tend to keep most recipes filed online these days, but this is one cookbook worth having on hand. Beautiful photos and easy to follow, nutritious recipes fill the pages. The beginning part of the book is loaded with information and tips on choosing the best kitchen tools and essentials to reduce the toxin load in your home. Its full of practical information that won’t overwhelm you on your journey to better health. The recipes give multiple ways to make using slow cooker, oven, instant pot, etc. You won’t be disappointed in this book!
