This is a very stable product. The plastic sleeve can be adjusted to be level, making the product more stable and less likely to shake. The assembly steps in the manual are also very clear, allowing me to complete the installation very quickly. I started sweating profusely after using it for 15 minutes, and I felt a distinct sensation in my buttocks. I will keep using it for a long time. I highly recommend this product.

This is an amazing alternative to going to the gym. If you want something at home to get a quick workout, this is the solution. You still would need space to use it, and you would need it to be clear to be safe. It was pretty easy to build, the instruction was very clear. Itâs also very stable. Can handle most weight. Very good workout.

Effective for weight loss
I received a really great product. The triangular design enables the product to be placed steadily and firmly on the ground. There is white lubricating oil on the track, which should make it smoother when in use. My wife and children use it every day. I’m a fat person. I keep exercising for 30 minutes every day, I will feel like sweating profusely. I think this has played a significant role in my weight loss. If you also want to lose weight or do better exercise, I recommend this product.

It’s a bit heavy. I like it as far as proformance but disappointed in the stability it rocks and I tried everything to stabilize it. I also want to add I wear a 9 1/2 shoe and being a big girl having my heel hang off starts to really hurt! I cut the front curve off to fit my foot better and take some pressure s
