At home we have a 500mb connection to the internet and I know Wi-Fi will always be a bit slower then direct wiring. We do have multiple mesh wifi devices in our house to help with the coverage. Seemed like I would still only get at the most around 30mb wifi speeds from my PC no matter what I tried. I was using my internal Intel wifi on the motherboard. I also verified with a direct connection we get easily 500mb to the internet.Anyway, I figured let’s try this new TP-Link USB WiFi-Adapter in my PC and see if it improves it. Well, Yes it did, and by A LOT!! I am now getting wifi speeds over 200mb which is awesome especially since I work from home and use video conferencing a lot. NO MORE delays and I wish I had upgraded to this a year ago. THANK YOU. Super simple, plug in play plus immediately started working. BTW, make sure to disable your old wifi hardware or remove it if possible, plus verify you are using the TP-LINK wifi network connection. Seriously this was an awesome cheap upgrade.

fixed laptop problem
Laptop wifi went out. The device fixed the problem just fine. Easy to install and signal always good. Does stick out some, so possible problem. Just be careful not to hit the device.

Easy to use
Super simple setup process. Works very well. We have an old house with plaster walls and even upstairs from the router it still gets a good connection. Super portable. If you need a USB wifi stick, pick this one up. It’s price is cheap but it’s a quality product for sure!

Darn good product
I was skeptical but tried it on a whim. Dang thing actually works really well. I went from 12mps to 120mps using spectrum fiber wifi. Impressive.

No Windows Vista support
In addition to the OSes listed, the TP-Link USB WiFi Adapter will work on Windows XP and Linux systems. It does not work with Windows Vista as there are no compatible drivers.

Hasta el momento no ha presentado problemas.Cómo comparación, la antena la compré porque mi escritorio queda lejos del módem y anteriormente compré un wifi mesh y no me dio resultado, la distancia y número de paredes lo hacÃan imposible, pero está antena si logra dar buena señal

I tried the highly rated Devolo powerline LAN to get internet upstairs to my desktop only to find that I wasnât even reaching 10% of the speed at the routerEven though the pc is at the opposite end of the house and on the floor above the router this little adapter got me up to 25%Worked straight out of the box Iâm very impressed for the price
