A great acne product that keeps your skin balanced
I love Proactive! I used it several years ago with great success. I recently moved to a different part of the country with a humid and damp climate and have had a resurgence of adult acne that I could not seem to get under control. I ordered the 3 step smaller size because I was getting ready to travel and decided it would be good to take with me. The step one scrub is just as I remember, a scrub that gently exfoliates without feeling harsh. The step two toner has a refreshing feel on your skin. The step 3 repair lotion can tend to feel slightly drying the first couple of times but does not make my skin feel like I need to apply a moisturizer over it. I used it twice a day for a week and it worked wonders. My skin definitely looked healthier and the acne cleared up. I used the system every couple weeks even though I didnât have any additional breakouts to keep my skin balanced. The smaller sized bottles lasted for a couple months so I was definitely pleased with the amount received for the price. I will definitely purchase this size again to keep on hand and for travel purposes.

Highly recommend this product. Not only my son used to have acne issues, but I started having acne problems in my later years. (Going through menopause)I am 55 years old and use it occasionally.It worked well on my sonâs sensitive skin, who has red hair and fair complexion and I am a bit darker in skin color and I have black and grey hair ðWe both have normal to oily skin.I understand everyoneâs skin is different, but this really seemed to work out well for both of us!We started every day for a week. Tapered off to every other day, then once a week! Now, only when we need to apply for a new blemish. And we Watch what we eat and drink. That seems to work well with this regimen too!The toner and cleanser are great too! It really works
I have gotten this a fear years back, Iâd figure Iâd make a review. It seriously worked! The only downside was the fact that my towels got bleached ð but it really doesnât matter as long as you can get rid of your acne! I highly recommend it. If I had bad acne right now Iâd get it again.

I highly recommend this product although the price may be a little steep it doesn’t come short with the wonders it works for skin. I tried all types of skin care products and brands from Byoma to non branded facial scrub at the dollar store and nothing has cleared my skin and kept it clear like the 3 step Proactive skincare set. It’s a very easy beginner skincare set that contains cleanser, toner, and repairing cream. Now don’t be fooled by the little bottles because a little goes a long way for these products leaving skin glowy and clear. My skin is combination skin meaning I have both oily and dry areas on my face but with this skincare set It not only moisturizes my skin but controls the amount of oil it produces to keep my skin fresh throughout the day. My favorite item out of this set is the repairing cream. If you have sudden pimples simply clean the area and rub the cream on the skin and the next day the pimple is dried out leaving you with clear skin once again. If you’re someone like me who has struggled with acne or just wants products that will leave your skin fresh and new I encourage you to give the Proactiv 3 step skincare a try!

FLAWLESS skin
Iâve struggled with acne problems, especially on side of my face for at least a year now. I had cystic pimples, blackheads, clogged pores, pretty much every kind you can think of on my face. Within literally three days of using this all of the redness and irritation went away. Now Iâm on week two and I donât have a singular pimple on my face. Although results might take longer for others, I definitely recommend this product. It has helped boost my confidence so much. The only thing I would recommend is buying a good lightweight moisturizer to use at night because this product can be very drying. Besides that it is a wonderful product. 10/10

Didn’t work for us
I bought this product for my twin teenagers and it wasn’t great for either of them. For my daughter, there was an improvement in her pimples, but it became too drying over time for her so we didn’t reorder for her. My son used it for several months. He had less pimples, but there was never a great improvement. The bottles are very small, so he may not have been using enough product. We reordered a few times, but eventually switched to a charcoal face wash that worked better for him.

Ordered the Proactiv 3-step treatment, 30-day set. That is the kit pictured. We used it before and it worked fine.Got sent the ProactivMD set instead. Sounds like it should still do the job, so going to try it out.But would have preferred if the seller could have sent the correct stuff. The low rating is more about the seller than the product.
