    Waste of Money
So you bought an Furrion outdoor TV and want a matching sound bar? Look elsewhere, this thing is a piece of junk. After several hours of troubleshooting, this would not connect via ARC or Optical. Bluetooth worked but had the typical delay and sound quality was poor. Getting a hold of Furrion support was a lesson in futility. Returning this immediately.

Pay a little more and get this from a reputable vendor instead
I’m fairly certain this vendor is reselling refurbished units. The sound bar grill had subtle but noticeable dents, and I later realized it was missing one of four foam packaging inserts.I was willing to overlook the dents, but I ultimately had to return it because the unit’s sound kept shutting down. It would play fine for 15 minutes, then drop the sound; I found that pressing mute/unmute restored the sound, but then it would last only for a minute, then a few seconds, and then for barely a syllable’s worth of time. I even tried a different TV and connection, only to find the same behavior. After extensive troubleshooting (eventually playing it from my phone via Bluetooth), I realized that the unit was simply overheating. Back in the box it went.I give this two stars for an easy refund process, but I strongly suggest buying a new unit from an authorized seller, even if it’s a bit more expensive. The sound bar itself (once you purchase a new one elsewhere) is actually pretty good. The previous model of this soundbar supported digital coax, which this one now lacks, but HDMI-ARC should suffice for most people’s setups. The volume gets loud quickly; we watch it on level 7 (out of 30 or so) for most programming. It’s no Sonos in terms of sound quality, but it meets our needs and complements the Furrion TV it’s paired with.

    Won’t stay on
After roughly only a month after being installed the speaker won’t stay turned on. The speaker will turn completely off and would have to be turned back on to re-pair to the TV then adjust the volume. Very disappointed!

    Beware
The soundbar would connect and then automatically disconnect after ~10 minutes. Tried Bluetooth and HDMI and same issue. Replaced HDMI cable. Same issue. Tried all troubleshooting and no improvement. After research, this seems to be a common problem. Have made repeated attempts to resolve through Amazon (but I missed the deadline for returns since it was a gift) and the manufacturer. Have received no response.

    Good product, bad support
Furrion Aurora Outdoor Soundbar has great sound, synced with outdoor tv and cable accessories easily.Weather proof controls cover has not held up in the outdoors. Furrion Customer Service says “…there are no replacement parts available for our soundbars.”. All of their outdoor soundbars use the same weather proof covers. Disappointing. Purchased and installed my soundbar in 2022.

    Sound is Horrible
Connected the soundbar to my TV via HDMI and the sound is muffled and bad. Tried connecting via Bluetooth and no sound comes out. I’m returning it immediately.

    Used!
I received a unit that was all scraped up and missing parts! I didn’t purchase a used product, but that’s clearly what I received!
