Good Specs, Fair Price, But Renewed Quality is Inconsistent
Amazonâs Renewed program is a good idea in theory, but the quality and condition vary too much. I ordered this Dell Latitude 7410 in âExcellentâ condition.The first unit had multiple issues: a broken HDMI port, dirty keyboard, and a missing bumper. After spending hours updating and cleaning, I also found it wasnât even the 2-in-1 model as described. I requested a replacement, which arrived in better cosmetic shape, but it still had problems â an uneven touchpad and screen flickering. And the unit also runs hot compared with my HP laptops.The hardware specs are fair for the price if you receive a unit that works properly. However, it feels like a gamble: you may need to keep exchanging until you find one that meets expectations. Buy with caution, and be prepared for possible wasted time.

I plugged the laptop in and bitg the adapter and the bottom of the laptop got burning hot after 20 minutes. Also, the laptop doesn’t fold into a tablet like the pictures would lead tou to believe. Horrible quality control

Was very happy with laptop being delivered a day early, however not happy with one received. Says it was a touchscreen, it was not. Kept it because I needed it now. Seems to be acceptable for most of my needs but mainly ordered for the touchscreen.

Light fast notebook, great value
The laptop arrived well packaged. It booted up to the standard Microsoft setup. No visible damage to this notebook, except one key is scratched off. Tested all basic functions with no issues. Tested battery and it has 80% of original charge capacity (40/50 Whs), which is quite good for a 3 to 4 year old laptop.Great notebook for traveling, being small, light and quite powerful.

The laptop in itself isn’t too bad however I’d say there’s some false advertisement going on… As much as it does have a touchscreen it doesn’t flip all the way… It can be flat but I can’t turn the screen all the way around to use it like a tablet but the pictures are clearly showing this capability….RAM is integrated so not changeableBattery so far so good but will need to test it properly before giving it the good battery life, the touch pad however does have a weird click to it on the right side but not on the left and it feels like the touch pad is going in deeper than it should.The markings on the IO ports are missing… And the HDMI looks a little off… As if someone man handled a hdmi cable into it maybe…It came with a nice anti reflective screen protector.Very light :)Came with Windows 10 but the packaging says Windows 10? That was a bit strange.It does get a bit warm/hot to touch when under load.Edit:So after having it for some time… Well battery doesn’t seem to last as it did for the first few days, now it dies within an hour…And when it’s under load and charging it gets really hot to the touch especially around the charing ports.That’s why rating dropped to 2 stars

At â¹58000 this laptop is expensive (it should have been â¹50k at max) but considering the laptop is in mint condition and it’s Dell Latitude it’s fine, the packaging was very good too, there are few visible sign of use on bottom base and the power button cum fingerprint sensor is little out of place but working fine, trackpad is a little bit wobbly but doesn’t affect the user experience. The SSD is from Kioxia idk never heard of this company but it’s working perfectly fine. Battery health is around 75 percent. And giving decent backup of 4 to 5 hours on medium usage on heavy usage it’s around 2 to 2.5 hours.It’s refurbished and has 7 days return policy so try to get it first and see if it’s worth it, if it is keep it if it’s not return it.I’m satisfied with it because i ordered one more at 40k i5 variant but it was not worth it because of it’s average condition.

Product is in absolutely bad condition with dents and scratches. Touchpad has a noise while operating. Itâs a used machine and not a refurbished one, we can see wear and tear marks of usage on laptop. Didnât expected such a cheap quality for 48000
