Nails are fine. But the copper wires that hold the nails in coil is very flimsy. when i opened the brand new box, many coils were already deformed. even when you straighten it out, you have to open up the middle hole to fit into bostitch roofing nailer- for almost all of the coils. sometimes, the coils are so deformed that you have to unroll and reroll. sometimes, it’s so bad that i ended up tossing it. and many nails jam- i’m sure it has to do with the copper wire because i lube the nailer after each day. i never had any of these issues with grip rite roofing nails- not a single one. i have more than a dozen coils left but it’s just way too much trouble- i like to be efficient with time and love to “flow” during work, and this prevents both. ended up buying grip rite again and zero issues.
