It’s a very good gaming monitor
It’s an amazing monitor and it makes me feel like I’m in the game I got the 32inch it’s really big and looks amazing. The response time super fast and gaming is especially good on 240 fps.it was also easy to connect. and it just works great in general i recommend this monitor it’s so very affordable and it also has a blue light setting for when you’re playing late at night.

Why Spend More?
I needed to upgrade my computer system.. (was still on windows 7)., so when I did I thought.. I might as well upgrade to new monitors also ( I have 2) – even though my 10 year old LG 23″ 1080P monitors still worked. I figured lets go a little bigger! After going over budget on my pc build.. (not hard to do) and spending WEEKS comparing everything and specs and prices and etc etc… I decided.. what the heck..this thing looks cool, has a QHD Display, is larger (27″) has a nice refresh rate (180hz) and FULLY adjustable… Well.. Ill tell you what..this thing ROCKS. Im sure you can get more features and specs for more money..but Do You Need To? There is no way that the other monitors I was looking at are worth $200 to $300 more than this one. Im no super picky desk nerd looking at specs all day.. This is plenty bright.. VERY clear picture & adjusts anyway I like it. I dont game all day or need to brag to anyone about my OLED display or 500hz refresh rate. This monitor more than gets the job done.. I cant speak on longevity yet… Ill check back in if something happens.. but for now… For around $150? Pfft..What More Do You Want???? Ill take the $500 I saved and put that into a nice dividend ETF and keep on strolling…..Update: After owning this for a few weeks.. There is one thing this monitor doesnt do well – Video Upscaling. I have seen a few reviews mention that is has bad picture quality or seems blurry. Here is the deal.. At 1080 or 720p – the video is not great.. like the monitor doesnt handle the lower resolutions well.. However when you are watching 1440p or 4k video. the picture is Amazing. Not a total deal breaker but should be noted. As far as desktop or gaming (1440p) or work performance.. its a really great monitor with a lot of great features.

UPDATE on my previous review — need help getting the connectivity resolved
UPDATEMy focus on this review is customer service. Knowing my issues, Sansui offered excellent customer service making sure at every turn that I was satisfied. Even thoughI I had exceeded the 30-day return window, they worked with me to make sure I got a monitor that works with no additional cost to me. They were responsive — none of this waiting a week to hear back from them! — they were timely, and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the new monitor.The working monitor is really nice. It has great resolution and is clear and crisp. It boots up quickly. I can’t speak to the audio because i use headset, sound bar and mic for my office, but i can vouch for the quality of the monitor.If you are in the market for a new monitor, I recommend this one highly. . . . and even more so knowing you are in good hands with their service commitment.__________________________old review:nice image, but connectivity is problemmaticIt is supposed to offer USB connectivity option. That doesn’t work. I tried it in 2 different computers. So fine, I just now need to increase my new computer’s only HDMI port to multiple HDMIo outlets. I have tried HDMI to multi HDMI converter, I have tried DisplayPort to HDMI, I have tried USB to HDMI — (again, all of these options on two different computers. This appears to be monitor issue.)Has anybody been successful in connecting this monitor in anything other than the main HDMI? Is there a magic converter I haven’t tried yet. Is there a super high quality, high reliablity that will work for this monitor??

Red Flag – Mounting Challenge
This is a great monitor, and now that I spent time and money to mount it to my desk arm mount, I’m extremely pleased by its performance. This monitor is really designed to be placed on the stand it came with, not attached to a typical swing arm mount. The strange mounting system on the back adds space between the screw holes and third-party mount, requiring longer screws. I went to the hardware store to buy four longer crews to mount it, and it worked, but be warned, that is what you’ll need to do unless you are okay with it sitting on its own stand.

Does the trick for the price. Pretty much the cheapest way to get 180hz. I am absolutely not a professional but the response time is good enough for me. The response time setting on the monitor however will leave weird red artifacting when you turn it up though. Don’t know if this is some sort of error for overclocking it or something, I ended up turning it back to its default setting and the artifacting went away and response time feels fine. Colour seems relatively vibrant and light is quite even. For the price, I give this thing 5 stars just for working and actually displaying 180hz. It definitely goes above that and I feel like it’s a solid monitor, but it is nowhere as good as the fancy popular units from big brands. This is great for me though!!
