Easy to install and get connected; mostly covered both the handle and deadbolt holes in my door
I am very pleased with my new electronic door lock. The installation was simple and the instructions were clear, making the setup process quick and straightforward. The package came with several different sizes of screws to accommodate different door thicknesses, and the parts fit in the existing holes that were drilled in my door from my previous lock and deadbolt that I was replacing. This lock is tall to fit the keypad, camera, finger scanner and doorbell buttons, so it likely won’t fit a standard door without removing (or moving) your deadbolt, but fortunately for me, the height almost totally covered the hole in my door from where the deadbolt was, so I wonât have to do anything too special to cover it up.Once installed, I inserted 4xAA batteries, downloaded the app and followed the steps to get the lock on my wifi and connected to the app. When someone rings the doorbell, the app alerts you and starts the camera. You can open the door remotely if desired, or talk to them directly using your phone.I appreciate the variety of features it offers, including options to unlock using keys, a code, small proximity cards that you can keep on a keychain or in your wallet, or fingerprints, which adds to its convenience. The built-in camera quality is good, providing clear images when needed. Downloading the app and connecting to the lock was easy and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a reliable device that has met my expectations, and I would recommend it.

TRASH, no connection between the device and the cell phone, it takes to long to reset after pressing the call bottom “which does NOT work.” Regretting buying this TRASH. WE did call customer service and they toll us to call a Third company to get the next steps.
