Tea kettle handle gets very hot
Love the color and both work well. The only issues I have is the tea kettle handle doesnât fold out of the way to fill the kettle, and the handle gets Very hot so you need to use a pot holder to pour the boiling water.

Overpriced for what you’re getting.
Eh… it’s so so. The electric kettle is really nice, heats up fast, looks beautiful. Stainless steel, just pretty. The coffee maker on the other hand I’m not real impressed with. Within a few months the filter holder thing (?) became jammed. Woke up to coffee all over my counter. Was unable to keep using it. Filed a warranty claim, received a new one almost 3 full weeks later. That was frustrating (I used my Stanley camp french press in the meantime, but I prefer the standard drip maker so I can program it to be all brewed by the time I get out of bed). Worked fine again but then started having unknown issues again. I am really not sure what is happening? Some mornings I wake up and it’s emitting excess steam and only half the pot is filled with coffee but the well is out of water. The coffee it brews is decent, I of course love the ability to program it for morning. The maker is entirely plastic and I am not sure what I was expecting but I don’t care for that part. That’s on me however because silly expectations that made no sense. Overall I don’t think the price is justified in the quality of the product. I used to be a loyal Black & Decker 12 cup drip maker owner, but their quality has significantly tanked over the years as well, while the price has more than doubled. I chose this one as an upgrade and for the aesthetics for my new home as a housewarming gift from my stepmom. While it’s pretty, I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Cheap plastic, poor construction. Didn’t even use and sent back and seller did not fully refund me + I had to pay extra shipping since i wasn’t sent enough return labels.
