Happily wrong
I was expecting to be disappointed.. and happily i was pleasantly surprised. They’re a really nice quality, it’s nice to avoid extention cords which makes it very functional. I love that there are so many settings and that they’re bright. I put them up in the dark and tripped over the cord a few times that hooks up to the solar panel and luckily it durable and didn’t break on me. They look absolutely amazing so I had to come on and order another 4 pack.

Bright & Fun
I ordered these Brightown Solar String Lights Outdoor for Halloween and I really like them! They are easy to install, and because they are solar-powered, you can place them just about anywhere that gets sunlight during the day.I placed them under a big tree that I have out in front of our house. I’ve always wanted to decorate that area, but its on the other side of the sidewalk, and I didn’t feel comfortable running an extension cord across a public walkway. Because this light string is solar-powered, I didn’t have that concern.The lights are really bright at night. I was worried they wouldn’t be visible, because there is a street light just across the street from our house, but despite that, these lights can still be seen very well. There are 8 different lighting options to choose from so I chose the one I thought looked spookiest!I positioned the solar panel off to the side of the tree where it gets full sunlight, and the lights stay on all night long. In the daytime, I really can’t see the lights at all because the black cord blends into the dark brown mulch I have around the bottom of my tree.Overall, I really like these lights and I’m happy I ordered them!

So much better than I expected–I love them
These are so nice! I really went into these with low expectations but honestly I am so happy with them. They completely stretch around my full large front porch and automatically turn on when it gets dark. I don’t have any plugs on my porch so these are great in that way too–100% solar powered means no plug needed. They are a little subtle because they are small, but I really like that about them. They remember the mode you set them to last and have a few options–extreme flashing, flashing between orange and purple, slowly going in and out and then solid light. I prefer the solid light and I’m very happy I don’t have to keep changing the mode every time.Note–you can’t really have these on during the day unless you cover the solar panel. I was so confused at first when I unboxed and tried to turn them on while it was light out. I really thought these were broken. Once the sun set I realized what was going on and was very happy that I don’t have to turn them on and off.I love these so much I would likely buy more for different times of the year. Definitely recommend.

Bright, Bold, and Festive
These are everything I wanted in Halloween lights. The orange and purple glow is vibrant and bold without being too harsh. The wire blends in well during the day, and the lights come on reliably at dusk. I love the 8 light modesâit adds variety without being overwhelming. I got these to use outside for our Halloween decorations. We finally got to put them up this past weekend. This is a great set of solar string lights. The colors are bright and vibrant. They are easy to put up. The solar function has worked perfectly for us so far. No complaints with these lights yet and I don’t see any reason why that would change.
