Small and powerful – GREAT PC!
This review is for the Beelink SER5 MAX Mini PC,AMD Ryzen 7 6800U(8C/16T,up to 4.7 GHz),Mini Computer 24GB LPDDR5 RAM 500GB PCle4.0 SSD Graphics 12 core 2200 MHz,Support 4K Triple Display/HDMI+DP+Type-C/Wifi6/BT5.2/USB3.2I got this PC to replace an aging HP tower that didn’t have enough CPU and RAM to run Windows 11. I am impressed and very happy! I’ve been running it for almost 2 months now.It has great responsiveness! I run multiple tabs of chrome and MS Edge, watch videos, and edit spreadsheets with no problem. I also do music processing with Cakewalk using an external Tascam 2×2 USB audio processor, and this little gem doesn’t even seem strained! It boots up in under a minute, and Windows updates seem to be less of a pain as well. The SSD drive is fast!The built-in wifi seems fast and reliable as well. So easy to set up!It’s also quiet – rarely (if ever?) have I heard the fan, though I know it’s running once in a while. The power supply looks like a glorified phone adapter – a little bulky, but not bad at all.I do wish it had just a few more USB ports. I had to get a USB hub to get all my peripherals plugged in – but that’s no big deal for me! I guess they just ran out of space because it’s so small.There are also no heat issues.Note: Even though the setup pamphlet shows how to install the memory, it’s already done for you! So don’t waste your time taking the cover off! Just plug it in and set it up! The setup takes a few minutes, but that’s all Microsoft’s fault, not Beelink’s!I’m only using one monitor with the Display Port on the back, but I probably will get another one and use the hdmi as well for a dual screen setup.Overall, I love this machine! I think the price is great and the features, size, and speed are fabulous! I recommend!

Wonderful pc
I had an older desktop and was looking to upgrade. This Mini PC is incredible for the speed and the ease of use. It mounted to the back of my monitor and totally cleared up space. I mainly use my computer for surfing the web and shopping and extremely happy with the performance of the Mini PC.

Power Packed and Portable!
I replaced my old full size tower with the Beelink SER5 Max hoping to save some space, but what I got was a system that was more powerful than my old system, and quiet as a mouse, and I am beyond pleased. I removed Windows and put Fedora linux on it, which was easy and painless, and installed all of my apps and games I had, and everything runs like a Swiss watch.I’m not a heavy gamer, but I do like sims such as American Truck Simulator, and the like, and they all run smoothly at high settings.That said, full 4K video is gorgeous and smooth, I have my sound system plugged in and it works flawlessly when I play music, it’s response time for loading up office programs is almost instant, and I can listen to music, browse the internet, copy files, and work on my spreadsheet all at the same time and it doesn’t even flinch.I am beyond impressed with this PC. I highly recommend it for anyone who is on a budget but needs some power and portability.

Perfect Desktop Computer for Regular Use
I just bought this computer on a Black Friday special. This will only be used for web browsing, photo editing, and light office/PowerPoint/Excel use. Here are the first impressions.Price: This was marked down to about $250 and that price made it any easy decision. It packs a punch in processor power and RAM and of course has a quick hard drive. You couldn’t build this computer for the same price as a motherboard and the CPU alone would cost a similar amount.Size: As seen in the pictures this is a tiny little computer. It’s actually perfect for use as a “desktop computer” because it can easily sit on the desk or be mounted behind the monitor. Monitor mounting bracket included.Aesthetic: I find it to be very pleasing, the build quality is solid, finishing is good, and it looks nice with a shiny gloss finish.Noise: There appears to be a small fan inside as I’ve heard it come on, but if that’s as loud as it gets then it’s very quiet.Software: This wasn’t listed anywhere on the description so I assumed I would need to install my own, however this came with Windows 11. I just logged into Windows when it was initializing and it installed and downloaded some of my programs.Ports: This has an HDMI and Displayport in the back. If you have an monitor that only has DVI or VGA inputs there are converter cables that will work. It also has 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front and back as well as a USB C port on the front.Power: I haven’t measured power consumption but I can safely assume this uses less power than the older Desktop Tower I was using, even though this is faster and certainly more powerful.I haven’t used this long enough to know how it will hold up or how it will handle more intense processing, but unless you’re doing video editing or heavy gaming I don’t anticipate any issues. The single core speed should be fast enough to handle Photoshop or similar programs.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase, it’s super small and clean, doesn’t clutter the desk with cables (only power and monitor) and is much faster than expected.

Nice little hardware for the price, read for issues
This computer runs really fast and is reliable while it is ON. Unfortunatelly my only complain is that the unit has random (60% of the times) problems to start when you turn it ON, forcing me to hold the power buttom to shut if off and try again; I already checked the BIOS (UEFI) and found all settings right. As soon as it is ON and the fan responds, everything works as a champ with no issues; fast USB transfer, fast WiFi 6 at amazing speed, excellent video output at 4K with no lagging, excellent with online games form steam

The mini pc arrived after a long wait. I bought a screen (Smart TV) to use with it and I wasn’t impressed. Thought the problem was the screen so I bought another one (Samsung PC Monitor) I’m still not getting the kind of colours and working area that I get with my HP laptop. Maybe I should have stuck to Intel and left AMD alone as I’m back to using the device it was supposed to replace.
