Please Note:
If one earbud does not work, try recharge the earbuds first. Then Reconnect the earbuds with the device. If still not work, try reset the earbuds and reconnect.
Steps to reset the earbuds:
1. Go to Bluetooth setting on device, delete the earbuds’ Bluetooth name (original “ACA-i21”); then turn off Bluetooth function.
2. Put the earbuds back into the charging box; close the box.
3. Reopen the charging box; press and hold the button on it till red LED lights flashing 3 times. The connection record will be cleared.
WARM TIPS:
1. For the first time use, please full charge the earbuds and charging case. If the earbuds don’t light up when open the charging case, it indicates that the earbuds has no power, please charge it;
2. If the wireless earbuds only lights blue, it shows that the bluetooth ‘ACAi21’ has connected to one device of your home;
3. If the earbuds flash blue and red, it shows that the earbuds enter pairing mode, you can connect it to your phone by searching ‘ACAi21’ in you phone.

Solid Earbuds
Since Samsung hardblocked us from using wired headphones, these are a great alternative, the bass is really good and the volume is pretty sufficient plus the user friendliness is good in the design, easy to take in and out quickly without any misinputs due to the tail at the bottom. They can be a littttttle bit fragile though, and the charging base even moreso.

Great Buy!
When I unpacked them I was so excited to try them on, see how they felt on my ear, how the sound was. I charged them and could not install them. I tried 3 phones multiple times and they would not come up on the list of Bluetooth devices. The product website does not have much info on them, the instructions that came with the headphones were very simple, did not seem complicated but I was having a hard time. So I finally put them back in the package and started the return process. When the return was approved there was some troubleshoot videos ad I watched a couple of them hoping they would work. Then I saw a cartoon video that said to make sure the charging area was clean. I put on my glasses and they had a plastic film to protect them. SMH!! I removed the fil, put them bah on the case and Voilà !! It was definitely a user error!!!! The sound is great, they do not feel clumpy, great price and very easy to use.

I purchased the ear buds several months back. I did not write a review quickly because I wanted to be fair with my review. I love the price, sound, and how long they hold a charge. The problem that I have is, they are painful on my ears, if I’m on a long call, I have to pull these things out and give my ears a break. I really like the ear buds but I can’t get passed that part. Update, one of the buds stopped working. I would not buy these buds again.
