Very good
This sound bar is outstanding. The only caveat is itâs 5 1/2 inches in height so make sure you have space between the stand and the TV bottom if you are not wall mounting.One of the things I really liked is the ability to connect to any third party -subwoofer. Set up was a piece of cake. I had downloaded the BluOS app prior, plugged in the sound bar, connected it to my wireless network, it did firmware update. I connected it to the eARC port on my TV, plugged the subwoofer into the RCA port, and it was up and running. Made a couple of tweaks with the app, and the sound is outstanding. It really shines with streaming movies.

5 star hardware, 2 star software.
Love the hardware,but the software is beyond frustrating. I’m constantly having to reset the speakers when they drop off the wifi network. Getting a more powerful access point helped, but as the speakers were sitting within 10 feet away, that shouldn’t have been necessary. The user interface of the Android app is non-intuitive and needs a serious rewrite. A hardwired network connection might have helped, but I bought wifi capable speakers for a reason.

Sound quality not great for $1000; Stopped working after 4 days
For a $1000, I was expecting a premium sound. This is no better than a $300 sound bar. Definitely needs a subwoofer due to the thinness of sound. I bought the $750 subwoofer to try out but going to immediately return once I receive since the soundbar stopped working after 4 days. Spent hours disconnecting HDMI and power cables in different scenarios with the TV and nothing works. TV recognizes the soundbar but no sound fomr the sound bar. Phone app shows connected too, but completely useless except for controller volume. No one from their customer support has responded after over 24 hours of submitting a request ticket. For the price, better to go with something proven.

A+ sound quality
The sound bar sounds excellent paired up with a sub and two rear speakers. It took a little tweaking to acoustically match the room. It was easy to set up with the app. Had to hard wire the sub and one of the rear speakers due to obstructions with the router and low WiFi signal but so far everything has been solid. Whether listening to Tidal, a record, or watching TV Bluesound hits it out of the park. Is it pricey? Yes. But you cannot un hear the quality of hifi. Be prepared to add more speakers.

Good sound, needs to be louder
The sound quality on this soundbar is fantastic, I’d say probably one of the best out there. I haven’t heard them all or latest and greatest ones but I’ve heard quite expensive ones and they don’t sound anywhere as good as Bluesound pulse. I’m a stereo person and this to me felt like the only Soundbar that could replace my two speakers. It wasn’t as good with music (as speakers) but was good enough. With movies it was great!However, this soundbar struggled to fill my medium sized living room with sound which my two moderate sized bookshelf speakers can much easier. Given the fantastic sound quality (for a soundbar), I felt let down by the lack of wattage on this and ended up returning the product. If you are in a small sized room, perhaps this will do nicely.

Game changer
I own other sound bars, a couple that cost half as much as this one, two that cost as much and one that costs almost twice as much and I can honestly say that this Bluesound bar is by far the best one in overall performance.My man cave is on the smaller side, about 10×15 and this bar can get uncomfortably loud in my room. Fit and finish are flawless, and this thing is a heavy beast due to the size of the drivers. Setup was a breeze and I have had no issues with it working with my Sony OLED TV or bluetooth connectivity. The Bluesound app is regarded as one of the best. The app is easy to use and navigate and adjust the sound to your liking.The game changer for me is two fold. First, it’s the size of the drivers. Most sound bar drivers are barely half the size of this bar, which causes midrange frequencies to seem thin and veiled. The large drivers of the Bluesound bar allows for much deeper and punchier midrange. So, for music, this bar is hands down my favorite. This bar is slouch with movies either. Crisp highs and dialogue is crystal clear. Bass is ample for drivers of this size, but I always recommend subwoofers.Which brings me to my second game changer. The subwoofer output. Not many bars come with subwoofer preouts. This allows me to use my own subwoofers which opens up upgrade options in the future. I currently have this bar paired with a pair of OSD Trevoce 8″ subs and couldn’t be happier, for the time being, until the upgrade bug hits again :)I would have no qualms recommending this bar to anyone. Highly, highly recommended.

Sound is good to very good, app needs work
Sound is a significant improvement over TV speakers. Surround sound without satellite speakers is acceptable. The app needs a lot of work. Bulky navigation, non-intuitive integration with Alexa and Amazon Prime music and other streaming services. But as they say, âsoftware eventually worksâ. Hope future updates improve things.

die Soundbar überzeugt bereits ohne externen Subwoofer, ob wir noch einen nachkaufen können wir uns also in aller Ruhe überlegen.Dies war für mich eine ganz klare Kaufoption.Die Optik in weià ist ein ganz klarer Vorteil gegenüber des vorherigen Models von Yamaha in schwarz. Wir sind bisher absolut zufrieden.

Top quality feel and look of the materials they used and the sound is just amazing. I signed upwith TIDAL to get all the benefits of streaming MQA files and I am not disappointed actually blown away. Im coming from a high end Bose setup and the clarity , base and power on the Soundbar+ are very clean sounding and impressive
