The team member I spoke with confirmed that these units are refurbished by Apple, which handles all inspections, part replacements, and quality checks. They pay close attention to cosmetics and put a heavy emphasis on battery life, ensuring every unit meets Apple’s high standards.When my MacBook Air arrived, it was in the original packaging, just as the pictures I took show. I was amazed by its condition. The only sign of previous use is an extremely light wear mark on the lower left side of the trackpad, suggesting the last owner was left-handed. The battery came with a full 100% charge and 100% health, which is incredible for a renewed device.This machine is light-years ahead of my old 10-year-old MacBook Air. The M4 chip makes it exceptionally fast, and the 15.3-inch Liquid Retina Display is stunning. Best laptop ever, windows, killer!
I tried a small desktop Mac years ago and was not particularly pleased with it, but Iâm glad I gave them a second chance. I have a great desktop PC computer that I love with dual monitors and it does everything I need but using this for graphic design and photo editing it has been amazing. I did get the 24 gig model with the 512 hard drive and I love it, but I am positive you couldâve got less and did the same. The screen is vibrant and crystal clear, using Adobe Lightroom on here is actually pretty amazing. The one thing I like about the Apple version of a laptop is that it never even hiccups, it never slows down, it never hesitates and it is completely quiet because there are no fans. I would highly recommend this to anybody, itâs a definite win.

I love this new laptop!
This is a wonderful machine – Apple Silicon is simply amazing.16GBRAM, 512GB SSD.I replaced a 2013 15″ 4-core i7 rMBP (also 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) with this (Apple hardware lasts a long time), and it’s night-and day from a performance and battery life standpoint. No fan, and there appears to be no need for one. Battery life 3-5X as long (!!!). It also shed about a quarter of the weight over the earlier machine.It features very few ports, but these days, what do I really need? Wireless handles most anything these days quite well, and USB-C/Thunderbolt adaptors easily provide for any specific needs like flash cards.The power adaptor may seem under-powered, but unless you’re a serious road-warrior, you’ll not need the extra charging rate supported – and you can easily buy a USB-C power adaptor to up your needs. MagSafe is simply wonderful – I exercised it the first day of ownership.A Zoom session on the old machine consumed ~55W (!!!). On this machine, it didn’t even get noticeably warm during my first 1-hour Zoom session.Oh, and about half the cost of the earlier machine (36% if you account for inflation) – a very different economic model for Apple hardware. You don’t need “Pro” levels of performance anymore.

What can I say⦠itâs a MacBook! Of course it works well; reliable, easy to use, elegant, no viruses, free OS updates/upgrades, free office style programs, high resale value⦠I mean itâs apple. I do love how sleek this one is compared to previous models, and the track better is much smoother than other older models too. The fingerprint scanner is also a huge time saver vs typing in passwords. Always happy with a MacBook tho; never been let down.
