Works great, very fast and large storage. Windows 11 appears to work well.
Check for damage in shipment. My very large box (2x the size of the box holding the HP All-In-One PC) had a three inch long gash in the side. Happily, the HP box has great packaging that protected to device, especially the flat screen, so no damage to it! The HP All-In-One is great. Quite fast for my cloud based apps.

Nice Computer, Free Accessories not useful
I just set this computer up yesterday and so far so good. The set up was simple, although there were lots of updates that needed to be done. The Keyboard and mouse are nice, but I wish they were wireless. There was an additional Accessory pack that came with this computer. There are no instructions as to how to use these items (such as the “magnetic holder” – what does this “hold”?). There IS a wireless rechargeable mouse in with the accessories so I was happy about that, but it is junk; I cannot get it to connect to the computer (I have plugged it in to charge it, it has a USB to plug into the computer to connect, and the computer is recognizing it via bluetooth, but neither connect. The computer is nice and seems to work well, but the accessories (worth $199?) are not anything special.

Computer updated with windows 11
Received our HP all-in-one desktop computer, well packaged and protected, with a little help we were able to transfer all my old files to new computer. Ease of use and value for the money, build quality, and lots of storage capacity!

Easy to set up and use
I chose this because I needed a backup PC for work and it needed to be portable. I work from home and take care of elderly parents, so having something that I can quickly and easily set up in various rooms as needed has been a huge blessing! And it’s so much faster than my old desktop! The colors are bright and beautiful, no lagging when streaming, the sound quality is great, and the touchscreen capability is wonderful. The battery is a nice to have, however, I usually just leave it plugged in when working because the battery life really is about 4 hours tops. It was a bit pricey but because it fits every requirement I had, I think it’s going to be worth it, as I’m hoping to get years of use out of it. The only downside, and it isn’t a big one, is that for some reason only the MSO browser works, it just will not allow me to use Google or anything else. Not a big issue for me, but mentioning it FYI. It may be something I did during set up anyway, there might be an option somewhere in settings that will fix that, but like I said, it’s not a big deal since it’s mainly used for work, not surfing or streaming shows or anything like that.

Basic desktop computer, good start up for a child or young student
I like the screen size but the keyboard and mouses (2 come with it, one blue tooth and one with a cord) are basic.I ended up swapping out the keyboard. The computer is smooth running for now but not as fast as my HP laptop.I have also received the same error message 3 times which is an inconvenience and does cause concern.

uPDATE TO wINDOWS 11 AND THE FUTURE UPGRADES
THE COMPUTER SEEMS TO MEET ALL EXPECTATIONS. HOWEVER, AT THIS TIME, DUE TO FAMILY OBLIGATIONS I HAVE NOT SET THE NEW COMPUTER UP AND TRANSFERRED DATA.

Scam Marketing… $380 desktop not $2400
Do not be fooled by the “sale” price on this computer. This is not a $2000+ PC in any shape or form. The Intel Celeron is the SLOWEST and lowest end processor that Intel makes. Even the $600 price is too much for this. This all in one is $380 at Best Buy. And that’s it’s normal price. DO NOT OVERPAY FOR THIS AND BE FOOLED BY MARKETING. I don’t even own this but when I saw the “deal”, I had to warn people.
