Excellent pre-workout
I’ve been using this pre-workout for a few days now, taking it around 30 minutes before my afternoon gym sessions, and I’ve enjoyed it so far. The energy boost I feel is substantial, probably due to the 200 mg of caffeine (two cups worth of coffee). It’s enough to wake me up, but not so much that I’ll have trouble falling asleep later or experience jitters from a crash. The taste is fine as well, it’s your generic but inoffensive fruit punch flavor, and it’s sugar free too. The quality of the pre workout powder itself is good – it dissolves easily in cold water with a quick shake or stir and I don’t see it forming any clumps or residue art the bottom of my bottle. At $23 for 30 servings, it’s in line with the price of other pre workout options as well, so the value here is fair. Overall, it’s an effective and inoffensive tasting pre-workout that dissolves well, gives me the energy I need, and doesn’t give me any jitters.

Pretty nice pre workout
Taste is good, doesn’t have a gritty texture or weird aftertaste like some do. Gives a energy boost without feeling that jittery aftermath. My husband uses pre-workout almost every day and has for a while, so hes used to the effects of it. For some people who are starting day 1 never used before this may be too strong, but generally its a good strength of energy boost and not too much. Works pretty good and would use again.

I have used a pre workout before every workout since I started working out many years ago. In a perfect world I would just have to energy go get up and go without a pre workout but sadly by the time I’m done with a long shift at work im tired and I need somthing to help me get going. I have been through so many brands and flavors of pre workout through yhe years I wouldn’t even be able to put a number to it. I have to say more often then not pre workout can be very disappointing. Sometimes it’s a bad flavor, sometimes it taste like chemicals, sometimes it taste like nothing, sometimes it does nothing, sometimes it requires constant stirring to actually mix into the water. That isn’t the case with this mix, thankfully! It mixes well, it tastes great, and thankfully it also works! And probably the number one selling point of this pre workout over others? The price, it’s actually priced very fairly. Pre workout mixes can be absolutely stupidly priced. This is priced in such a way that it makes sense for what you are getting. So if you are looking for anhigh quality pre workout that is actually effective and functions well all in a fairly priced decently sized package this is the one for you!

Excellent formula, high caffeine
As an avid lifter and user of pre workouts, I was excited to try this new formula from a brand I’ve trusted for years, especially since my current supply was running low. The all in one blend is what really sold me, as it’s a great value and ease of use to have creatine included so I don’t have to take it separately. I found the 200mg of caffeine a bit high but still provided a strong, focused energy boost. While the taste was a little generically sweet and not as fruity as I had hoped, the effective formula made it a product I would definitely recommend trying. Overall, I was particularly impressed with the endurance it provided, helping me push through my toughest sets and feel a strong mind muscle connection. Not that it’s bad or anything, but I think in the future I will try a different flavor other than the fruit blend.

Tastes wonderful. Combining it with my unflavored creatine.
This quality stuff tastes wonderful. I’ve decided to use a small amount of this with my unflavored creatine because this stuff is quite sweet. I love getting my b12 with this. This dissolves the same and is just as mixable as most creatine so I’m used to mixing it. Is this a little more expensive than the my creatine but I think it’s worth it.

Tasty and delicious
This is a quality powder that is tasty and delicious. It is super easy to make, all you really need is a cup and maybe a spoon, you could also shake the cup with a lid on it and then you wouldnât even need the spoon. I would recommend trying it both ways, shaken and stirring and see which way you prefer. Bond would obviously like it shaken. The strength of this is decent, not overpowering, but not too subtle either. Just right as some would say.The functionality is great. It provides energy to boost your energy level and prepare you for activity or just to prepare for the day. This could also just be a tasty treat if you like. Maybe a great beverage to enjoy while relaxing.This can definitely make you feel focused and energized and even motivated to get it done and on time every time. This seems like a great value.
