Very nice knee saver!
This kneeler works really well! I’m not using it in the garden, rather for doing work on my car while kneeling on the sidewalk, but it still works great for this application. It was a bit of a hassle to put it together, but after I’d gotten over my stubbornness and read the instructions, it went pretty smoothly. It’s adjustable based on the distance from your ankle to your knee – I’m pretty tall at 5’11”, and I was able to find a comfortable setting with room on either side, so if you’re shorter or taller than I am then you should still be able to use this. This kneeler greatly improved my comfort both fully and partially kneeling. I normally deal with a lot of ankle and knee pain after kneeling for just a few minutes, but with this I was able to kneel for over 30 and I felt fine. There are also two straps to hold it to your leg, which do a good job at keeping it secure so you can still walk around upright. The straps are also adjustable themselves, so you can make them as tight or as loose as you like. Getting it on is easy, too; you just place it upright, step into it, and place two (rounded) hooks into their respective buckles.Overall, this is a great product, and will make kneeling a lot easier in many scenarios. I would definitely recommend.

Probably not for the weak or elderly, but pretty useful for yard and garden work.
If you’re fairly flexible and in reasonable shape, this kneeler will work for you.The kneeler needs some assembly, but the instructions are fairly straight forward and it goes together easily. I’ve never used anything like this, so I didn’t know what to expect. The first time strapping it on, it felt awkward. I soon found that adjusting for leg length is very important. Once I made adjustments a couple of times I was able to use it a lot more easily. It’s sturdy in use and the straps keep it from slipping around too much.Getting up and down takes a bit of dexterity and nominal strength. I wouldn’t recommend this for someone with marginal balance or low strength. It takes some getting used to, but after a while it became second nature and I actually began to enjoy it for working in my garden. It is a lot better than kneeling, especially since I tend to wear shorts and my knees get sore. The unit stores easily and can hang on just about anything. If you’re in fairly good health this kneeler will make yard and garden work easier.

knee seat
This is a life saver and a knee, hip, ankle, foot saver!! Pretty sturdy to hold even the junkiest of trunks. Easy to use and remove. If you have to bend over repeatedly or for long periods of time, you really need this!

Great idea for a garden kneeler but not for everyone!
I wanted to like this garden kneeler but it’s just not made for someone who isn’t well coordinated. I just felt weird using it in the garden and ended up using a bench kneeler upside down to help stabilize myself getting up and down. Admittedly I am a bit overweight and have a bad back, so that’s why I didn’t take off another star as I suspect someone more able could use it better as it is a great idea. It was easy enough to put together and fit.

Comfortable
Interesting design that I haven’t seen before. Easy assembly, no tools needed and easy to adjust and use. Comfortable and I like the seat as well as a knee pad. I will be using this for more than gardening, a good tool for my age group.

Not as wowed as Iâd like to be
This garden kneeler seat came well packaged (the instructions were at the bottom of the package so I put it together without it) in a bag not all in individual tubes which felt more environmentally friendly.I struggled a bit getting the straps around my leg and ankle at the right places. You really need to use 2 hands to put it on, and if you have a bit extra weight or have medical issues, it is harder to reach around.I can see getting this kneeler seat because you having joint issues or mobility issues that make it a bit hard to get up and down in the garden. This takes time to get used to, attaches something bulky to your leg, and in general I donât feel as safe as Iâd like to be when walking around my yard to and from the garden. Yes, I can transition from standing to kneeling plus sitting rather comfortably without bringing around a seat⦠but it is harder to get back up to standing once Iâm done. For a garden tool at a price point of almost $50, it is hanging in my garage alongside other tools Iâll rarely use. Iâm rather disappointed.

Not for everyone
Being well constructed and an ingenious design, I really want to like this but it is just not for me due to my limited range of motion (ROM) from having my knees replaced. One of my knees has better ROM than the other so I can use it on that leg but it is not nearly as comfortable as I would like.If you cannot sit on your heels or have difficulty bending your knees past 45°, it may not be for you either. But if you can bend your knees and touch your heal to your butt (or come close) without pain or pressure, then I recommend it.

Great gardening tool
It was shipped really quickly. It was very easy to put together and it is sturdy. The item did have a missing end cap.
