A decent TV for the price.
Fantastic colors , Amazon it’s the way to go when buying a large TV. No risk involved in getting it broken or any issues to power up as I did when I bought from Samsung, the TV arrived broken and they shipped through Best Buy and did not offers unpacking as Amazon did , they offer free unpacking and power up your TV to make sure you get what you pay for and even took all boxes and garbage with them, awesome experiences, back on the TV the picture is great, the sound terrible so low that you need to buy a soundbar if you want to watch a movie in such a big screen, the sound is like for a 14″ TV not even , also it’s very slow really slow , you need patience to go into menu or apps , another set back it’s the remote control , too small and doesn’t offers much help to get around like for example a “Source” options to quick access , I just bought a genereric old Control to make it easy to set it up , doesn’t have a clock alarm as it use to on the past just timer . Overall it’s a reasonable TV for the price, you get what you pay for , a decent TV for the price .

Great TV, great price, and arrived in perfect condition!
I was a little nervous ordering a TV from Amazon after seeing some reviews about cracked screens, but mine arrived in perfect condition! I upgraded from an old 55â 2011 Sony Bravia and wanted a 65â, so I did a lot of research before choosing this Samsung, and Iâm so glad I did. The picture quality and colors are amazing, and the TV itself is so much thinner and lighter than my old one. It connected easily via Bluetooth to my 2014 surround sound and subwoofer, and paired seamlessly with my Apple TV. It also has tons of built-in apps if I ever want to stream directly without using my Apple TV. The TV looks amazing so far, Iâm just waiting for my new swivel stand to come in before I take the plastic off. Overall, Iâm super happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality upgrade at a great price. I hope this TV lasts as long as my last!

Beautiful picture, OK sound, this one is a keeper
This purchase was one of my more pleasant Amazon experiences. First thing to know, I live alone. There is NO WAY I could have gotten this monster TV into my car, let alone unload it at my house. No problem! Amazon to the rescue.The white glove service was fantastic. The men came with the TV and brought it into my house. They took it out of the box and put it exactly where I asked them to put it, then they removed all the cardboard and packaging so that it wouldn’t be out by the road for the trash people to pick up. This is a significant plus in my book.Another plus is the TV itself! The pic is fantastic, although I did have to get a sound bar due to the native sound not being that great. In fact, the native sound from the TV was pretty not great at all. But the picture! OMG the picture is amazing.If you’re shopping for a really good TV at a really good price, this one is it.

Nice but not easy
Good picture and sound, but not as user friendly as my old Toshiba. It has a lot of Apps and features; however, I haven’t completely figured out the speaking function because there’s a microphone button and a talk(?) button. It doesn’t respond to the same things as my Toshiba, so there’s a learning curve. It won’t “Go To Cable”, it won’t “Find” a movie with just the main part of the name, and a few other things. It will go to “HDMI” which I haven’t figured out how to rename because it took me two afternoons and a call to Samsung to set up. BTW, the call took over two hours and didn’t give me anything helpful, they finally asked if I wanted a tech who help me in just a few mins. Why couldn’t they have transferred me before giving they whole problem and listening to them not helping? I don’t know about the weight, I didn’t lift it. I had it delivered in house for free but they didn’t set it up. They did a great job of delivering and unpacking it.

Fantastic!!
Just received this 65 inch today.First of all, delivery. I was concerned about delivery due to an air conditioner I purchased earlier this summer. It was essentially crushed. However, this delivery was flawless.I just hooked everything up a bit ago. Super easy and relatively quick. The picture is stunning. Seriously can’t get over it.The remote is already proving a bit frustrating. Small buttons with multiple functions. I’m going to give it a bit but I can see replacing it down the road.I’m hardly used to the TV yet. Haven’t even played with any settings because it just looks amazing as is. But I haven’t even tapped into this thing yet. Very pleased and excited to watch some Buckeye games on it. Buy it. Reasonable price and stunning.

Nice TV but you should know about this weird setting
Every time you hit the home button to which to a new app it leaves the app your currently on. I don’t like that all. With that being said the TV looks nice and works so as long as that first thing I said doesn’t bother you it’s a 5/5 but if it would bother you it’s a 3.5/5. Im ok with it so I’ll give it a 5.

Great TV
The picture and sound is great. And the color is awesome. It is light weight and only took two men to lift it and put it together. The size was fine and the brightness of the picture was great. The remote will take practice to work with it.
