Happy with this product
I applied and re-applied the product with a foam brush, over a period of 2-5 minutes, on the residual goo of 3M Duct tape. The goo was on a painted, indoor, shutter surface. The thinnest areas of goo simply dissolved while rubbing with the foam brush. thicker areas required more product, longer time and more vigorous rubbing. Some areas required a finger nail to loosen the goo material and then the Goo Gone on the brush removed it. No damage to the painted surface. Very happy with the result. I can state the Goo Gone works very well for dissolving the adhesive residue from 3M Duct Tape.

My mom had waterproof films on her side mirrors for 3 years that they were literally stuck on them, impossible to remove. So I bought this and the films came off magically! The scrap that it comes with is also super helpful. I would highly recommend if you need have same issue

I was taking up the adhesive left from 2 sided carpet tape on a ceramic tile floor. I have used this in the past and it was a really good and I was hoping for the same results. It was not quite the same. Heated the adhesive with a hair dryer and then the Goo Gone. Applied a generous amount and let it sit and do its work. Wiping up at this point did not work. I used the scraper that was supplied with the product and scraped. It was slow going. However, I do not think I would have ever got the adhesive up without it. Very stubborn stuff.

It works, but it’s not magic. You will have to apply effort, in some cases multiple times.
It works, with a qualification. It’s not magic. If you have some stuck on glue, you need to wet it, scrub it a little, and layaer by layer you get more off. It is effort, a fair amount of effort, but it will get the job done. TBH, I was not expecting to have to work so hard and so many repetitions to get my glass clean. If the glass were on a flat surface where it could soak for 10 or 20 minutes, it might be much easy, but on a window it was a bit of effort to keep the dried glue coating in the solution. But it works. I would buy it again

Photo shows area of window treated on the left / untreated area on the right. Last year we bought insect netting for our PVC windows, which we attached with the Velcro-like strips provided. Unfortunately, the Velcro strips came away but left a VERY difficult-to-remove glue residue, which was either extremely sticky or dried rock-hard. Dirt and dust was getting stuck to it, and the glue would not budge.After much distress and desperate Googling, we came across this Goo Gone product and THANK GOD we did! I was sceptical anything could shift that glue, but this stuff really works! We applied copious amounts to tissue/kitchen roll and ‘soaked’ the gluey surface for a few minutes before attacking with a special plastic scraper. (There’s one provided, but we bought an additional one with replacement blades). Sometimes reapplication was required for the tougher spots, but the difference it made was incredible. It took a lot of patience (working on small sections at a time) but the window frames look almost as good as new – and most importantly, are no longer sticky!The product feels very oily but smells quite nice! We simply wiped off the residue and then wiped again with warm water and detergent to remove any lingering oilyness.

I had tried to repair my leather recliner with some leather patches but they peeled/rolled off almost immediately. They left a terribly sticky residue. The Goo gone took it all off. It took a couple of applications as there was a lot of ‘goo’ but I am happy with the results. I know it said not to use on leather but I don’t know that it is REAL leather. But the chair was not usable unless the sticky residue was off so I gave it a try and was very pleased with the end results.

Sencillamente, no he probado mejor producto para quitar etiquetas y restos de pegamento. Si, la botella al principio parece pequeña, pero cunde muchÃsimo.Además desprende un olor cÃtrico mucho mas agradable que el de otros productos similares, que no comparables en calidad y eficiencia a este. He probado otros productos eliminadores de adhesivos y pegamento, la mayorÃa en aerosol y la mayorÃa huelen fatal y ninguno es tan eficiente y cunde tanto como este
