Great product, simple versatile and rugged!
Great product – the Nalgenes hold up when dropped, unlike other brands that crack or break the first time they’re dropped. Withstands multiple cleanings and dishwasher runs. Seals great – no leaks!! Easy to clean. No over-complicated mouthpiece – just a simple opening that’s easy to use. No dopey straw that only works at certain angles. I had the same product for over 7 years until it finally died, this one is going on 3 years already!

Favorite water bottle
This is my favorite water bottle. To me itâs just the right size. Easy to hold and carry by the small handle. I like drinking from the easy spout. No straws to fuss with. I hand wash mine and itâs easy to clean.

Classic Nalgene
Love a classic Nalgene bottle. It was the perfect size to take on my trip and was lightweight. The opening on the mouth piece too was easy to open and close. It hasnât leaked and is quality materials.

Good quality, very durable
I love this Nalgene bottle because it’s very durable and great for school. It’s easy to open and fill as well as drink from. I love that I can just throw it in the dishwasher for cleaning. I liked the variety of colors that my son could have chosen from, and the handle was easy to clip a carabiner to so that he could just clip it onto his bookbag.

secure top, lightweight, quality materials
I work in special education and my students will frequently pick up my water bottle and drink before I can intercept, LOL! The two step process to open this is really quick and easy but the slender latch is not obvious to my students. It’s like having a secret lock.PROS: The cap is easy to clean and the cap and bottle are dishwasher safe. It’s light. It is easy to carry. I have used it everyday for over a month and I have had zero spills/leaks!!! No one is getting hurt if it “falls” (gets thrown) like the big stainless steel water bottlesCons: It only stays cold a few hours.For me, the great price, and BPA-free, heavy duty plastic over ride that. I just use 2 a day and keep the second one in my lunch cooler. Let’s face it, even if it gets warm, it’s better than the drinking fountain.

Great water bottle for your young ones!
My kid brings this to kindergarten every day and itâs been perfect. Itâs easy for him to open and close on his own, and it hasnât leaked once in his backpack. Itâs tough, easy to wash, and just the right size for small hands. He loves using it, and I love not having to worry about spills. Definitely a great pick for school! Just have to your kid figure it out before using it. Do be aware, the latching part does tend to split right in the middle. His happens to all of these types of lids but hasnât affected the functionality of it.

Great bottle, terrible cap design
I kind of expected this so I ended up buying a CapCap for the bottle, but the cap that comes with this is just janky. The mechanism to open it is unreliable and needs fiddling with sometimes. if you’ve ever used a Contigo you’d be very disappointed.That said, the bottle fits in a cupholder and holds a reasonable amount of water for day-to-day. With a replacement aftermarket cap it’s the best solution. Great Nalgene quality for the bottle itself.I’m not sure I like that the volume markings on the side are on a flat surface – it makes the bottle feel weird, the bottle isn’t completely round. Just a tactile thing, I’m quibbling.Good price and Nalgene has been the most reliable for me when it comes to plastic containers so I’m sticking with what works. Camelbak bottles have a dumb lit too (the old one was so much better) and they cost more. Metal bottles are only worth the extra price if you need the insulation. So as far as water bottles that hold at least 24oz and fit in a cupholder this is kind of it.
