My new favorite sleep accessory!
This is an awesome sleep accessory. I have major sleep issues and have used many different sleep buds and sleep masks. This item combines both together in a quality item that I love. I’ve tried many sleep masks of usually cheap quality. They fall apart, don’t fit, or are uncomfortable. The sleep mask portion of this one is better than all the rest for sure. At first I was thrown off that there is no adjustment for the band. I found it very tight and decided to try it again the next evening. I quickly stretched out the headband a few times and put it on a moment later. It fit, was comfortable, and have been using it since! Works great and have worn for more than 8 hours at a time without discomfort. I only sleep on my side and the speakers have not bothered me. Now on to the Bluetooth portion. It easily passes! I have tried a couple different sleep buds but their main problem is always battery life. They just don’t last through the night and forget about using them the next night if you forgot to charge them. I was blown away by these. I charged them when I got them and used them two nights in a row. The second day I left them connected unknowingly most of the next day. They still had 90% battery left! Granted I listen to youtube and it will only play until my “Take a break/sleep reminder” pops up and stops playback. I’m sure they aren’t playing much longer after I’m asleep but the standby time is insane. I still haven’t charged them after a few sessions. This aspect alone is amazing. I would definitely recommend these for that alone. 

Good battery life
So far, I’ve found this sleeping headband easy to use. It will automatically pair with my phone when I turn it on. I have had no problems using it on a daily basis at night. I don’t find it to have noise cancelling. The functionality of the headband is similar to other devices. There’s a power button that you long press to turn on and off, and a short press will pause whatever you are playing on your device. The other buttons, I don’t really use as I control the rest on my phone. The speaker itself is padded slightly making it more comfortable than other sleep headbands I’ve used. In terms of longevity and durability, the “jury is still out” on this. The internal speakers will shift slightly at night requiring me to move them back into place. I can feel the small cable that connects the speaker to the main unit so I’m not sure how durable that is going be over time. The sound quality is overall decent. I listen to audiobooks, and I don’t find any distortion while playing. The charging port has a slight gap in the fabric to allow the USB-C port to connect to it without disassembly. I did not see this at first and thought I was going to have to remove the main unit every time to charge. The best feature so far is the longevity of the battery. I can go several days without charging.Overall, I find this to be a good sleep headband, and I’d buy it again.Overall,

Great value for comfy headphones
Very comfortable and practical. I use them to sleep and workout, they don’t bother me. The sound is clear and the battery lasts about 6 hours and easy to use. The headband is soft and does not tighten, in addition the Bluetooth connection is fast and stable.

Seriously, these Sleepphones are a game-changer for side sleepers! Finally, I can listen to my peaceful musics in bed without any discomfort. The soft headband is super comfy, and the sound quality is great for relaxing. Battery lasts all night.
