Quality roof & siding tool
I like the handle on this, it is light and strong. I had questioned if it was hickory because of the lightless, but you can see the rings and know that it is. Another use for this besides roofing is installing a vapor barrier/house wrap when doing siding. The magnetic hammer is like having a 3rd hand, which is what you normally need to do hose wrap. I found the blade to he helpful when I needed to do a quick cut and did not want to switch tools. This is a well thought out design. It is a good value, because it will save you a lot of time compared with swapping tools all the time. I found it easy to use after playing a little with the blade. My only grip would be the spacer, which I did not test on shingles, but I noticed it tended to not stay in place, I could probably tighten it with pliers and get it to stay, but finger tightening the spacer, it kept moving while I was using the tool.

The magnet would barely hold a paper clip, it wouldnât hold a nail.

Would not recommend
This tool is a great idea but not pout together very good. It rattles constantly and wonât stay tightened on bolts so parts will move if youâre not careful. I personally donât think I would recommend this item.
