I received the bags and they were as expected. However, I should have received 10 bags and only received 9. I asked customer service to send me one more bag since I need that quantity for a function I am hosted. I have heard nothing from this company.

The bags sent were of 2 different sizes. And half of them were damaged as well. There was no option for returning. Only replacement, which wasn’t of any use, as they were urgently required. And the re-delivery was taking too long 🙁
