Works Great
I love this mat. It is the perfect thickness (I purchased the thickest option), and large enough for met to do a variety of exercises. I use it on a carpeted surface (since that’s where it fits), but I think it would work perfectly fine on a hard or outdoor surface. The quality seems to be good. I’ve been using it for about two weeks and haven’t had any issues. Its also decently non-slip when I’m in bare feet. It comes with a carry strap, though because of the size it probably would be pretty bulky to lug around.I could also see this being a perfectly good option for someone with kids who takes them to the park often. It would probably make for a nice place to set up on the ground.

Perfect size and cushion
This mat is excellent! I was having issues trying to use a regular yoga mat on hard floor because it was too thin and small. This one is just cushioned enough to be very comfortable while still providing stability. I leave it on the floor of my office at all times, so I donât travel with it. Itâs great for yoga, physical therapy exercises, Pilates, stretching, etc.

Love my green mat!
This is exactly what I wanted for my exercise program! I wanted a thicker mat, we have wood floors and it’s big enough to do my mobility training. Non slip, good grip on both sides and no odor is a big plus! Very high quality and in the winter I can pretend I’m on the lawn. ð

Nice mat
Great mat but it does move around just a bit on the rug. Not as spongy as other mats I’ve had, but its nice, sufficiently comfortable, and I like that my cats are not digging their claws in it, as they have done with every other yoga mat I have used. They like to lay on it during my practice but they are not using their claws on it so far. That’s a plus for me. UPDATE: As evidenced by claw marks, my cats like it just as much as every other yoga mat. Not happy about that.
