Although full of doubts that good quality bags exist out there, I made a third attempt this year and ordered here these t-shirt bags on Amazon (the ones with that purple rose print) and I'm pleasantly surprised, they are as good as they could be – big size, thick material, heavy duty, not a single thing I could complaint about, besides the price – yes, they are not cheap, but they're definitely worth it. I highly recommend.

I love these so much better than bags I used to take home from the grocery stores. Seem a little bit larger & a lot stronger. I don't feel the need to double bag when cleaning out cat boxes so I use less too. Handles seem a little longer too allowing you to easily tie them closed & keep any undesirable odors from escaping. My daughter lives on a coastal town in California where they have a "Single-Use Bag Reduction Ordinance" because so many were winding up in the ocean. People wanted it discontinued during the pandemic when check out people did not want to handle re-usable bags shoppers brought in but ordinance remains in place. Cleaning out litter boxes there is a pain. You have to use small trash bags that aren't strong enough & can't be tied closed. They also make great trash bags for small waste cans.
These bags are strong. I use for cleaning cat litter waste from pans. Usually clean 4 cat pans each day for normally 2 days. Have not had a bag break or split ( over 2 1/2 years).

Previously I used indestructible NAPA auto parts bags but they stopped using their larger bag which was a little thicker and more rigid stronger plastic than these bags but these do the trick.

Fits my plastic trash can in my trailer perfectly. Plenty strong to fill it full and still be able to tie the handles together.
