OK, so far…fantastic. They generate a lot of light and super easy to figure out (once I realized there was an on/off button). Even my husband is impressed and he thought I was wasting my money.

Long Runtime
Most LED garden lights tend to provide a harsh bluish-white light rather than the so called Soft-White (Yellow) light that is associated with incandescent bulbs. I think white LED light generally seems brighter to the eye than soft-white of the same wattage. These spotlights are advertised as âWarm Whiteâ which I understand to be the soft-white variety. You can see in my comparison photos that these spotlights (identified by the arrows) are more Yellow than the other lights I have in the garden. Interestingly, this color difference is more noticeable when you are looking directly into the lights and less so when you look at the objects the lights shine upon – the illumination on the fence in the photo, for example, doesnât seem quite as Yellow and I think overall it makes the landscaping look pretty good.These lights have a push button on the back to switch from ânormalâ to âhighâ brightness, but the illumination level doesnât seem to be all that different between these two settings. I do like the adjustable design of these lights – You can orient the solar cell independently of the light itself, which I think will mean better solar charging and therefore longer runtimes. To test them out, I charged them both for two days in the bright afternoon sunlight and then turned them on last night after sunset (~7:00pm). I set them on the low-brightness ânormalâ setting to see how much continuous runtime I could get. One of the lights shut off at about 4am and the other ran until 7am (sunrise); all of the other solar garden lights I have were off by about midnight. So these spotlights do have pretty good runtime â 9 hours and 12 hours, respectively – as compared to the claimed 8 hours of runtime. Of course, if I want them to maintain that level of performance, they will have to regularly receive enough sun exposure to fully recharge.

Ok quality solar spotlights
Ok quality solar spotlights. For the value the material could be a bit better. The plastic doesnât seem too strong so not sure how long these will last in the elements. They donât seem to be very heavy duty but are holding up well so far and they are waterproof. We have had a couple rains and they are still functioning as normal. The light reaches a good distance. It reaches the top of my shorter palm tree. They are adjustable you can tilt for the angle you like. Great for landscaping or for use around the holidays when you want to light up some decorations. Itâs nice to have options that you can mount it into the ground or on a wall. Decent runtime I notice them lasting well into the night.

These Solar Spot Lights were fairly well made except for the plastic stake that you push into the ground. The plastic started to bend and I felt that it would break if I pushed too hard, so I had to ease off the pressure. Except for that little detail I like these lights very much for the following reasons: 1. They operate during the entire evening when set to the low light level. When set to high brightness, they would shine for about 6 hours if they got a full 8 hours of sunlight during the day. 2. They have two brightness levels so you can decide if you want low brightness during most of the dark hours or high brightness for about 6 or 7 hours. 3. They do a great job of lighting up a limited area, such as a walkway, a garden, a garage door, or any other area or thing that you want to draw attention to at night.I noticed that they tend to not fully charge when the solar panels become dirty or dusty. Therefore, I have a weekly task of gently cleaning the surface of the solar panels. I just wipe them with a damp rag which takes only a couple of minutes. In summary, I like these lights so much that I plan to purchase a few more. A well-lit home is much less likely to attract criminals than a very dark home.

Great for lighting your garden or a walkway. Turn on and off automatically.
These work well. Right now I’ve tested them by pointing them into my yard. They light a ways out, but they’re really designed to light a short span, to be pointed at your garden wall, your walkway, or like the yard scene as shown on the website. For those uses, these are great. As for the convenience of solar, I have a solar powered bug zapper which sat outside during all sorts of rain and wind conditions all summer. No fussing was needed other than blowing dead bugs off the grate. These solar powered lights offer the same convenience. The only fussing will be to dust the solar panels when needed for optimum charging. I love solar powered outdoor items as this. In my opinion, if you’re lighting a walkway or garden wall, these are the way to go. Posting a picture of the two lights shining onto the yard. That alien looking platform to the left is the sand pad for our seasonal swimming pool!

Don’t get me wrong…these are nice lights but i have some issues with the product1 the plastic light extention between the light and steak is fragile…i cracked one trying to position my light in the ground2 wal they work very well they by the morning they are out of juice so battery life is too short3 at that price i feel like the quality level should be a little better…mabey stronger plastic or aluminum for atleast the light extentionI do like this product but to be honest its not a value at the price in comparison to other products….if you buy these they are nice but be careful not to break them and the battery life is a issue if you want light coverage till sun rise
