Computer does not work and the Reviews You See are NOT for the computers being sold!
I thought with so many positive reviews this would be a good buy but if you look at the reviews you’ll see they are for printer cartridges, not computers! Unfortunately I did not catch that before purchasing. Powering on the first time it took about an hour for initial start up updates to load and get to the start screen. With just one internet tab open the CPU in task manager was showing it was at 100% use . It runs so slow that simple short Facebook reels were glitchy and took forever to load. My 7 year old computer is about 4 times faster! While plugged in it would shut itself off and I’d have to turn it back on then about the third time it wouldn’t turn back on so I had to do a hard reset (holding down the power button 20 seconds) to get it to power back on. That worked to get it to turn on but it was so slow it made simple navigational steps feel like the dial up of the 90s (we live in town and have high speed internet). I’m returning it and reaching out to Amazon customer service.
