Compact Soundbar with Impressive Sound Quality
This Samsung soundbar delivers clear, balanced audio despite its compact size. Dialogue is crisp, and music and movie soundtracks come through nicely without distortion at moderate volumes. Setup was straightforward, and the sleek design looks great under my TV.Pros:⢠Clear dialogue and balanced sound⢠Easy setup with TV connection⢠Sleek, minimal design fits well in any room⢠Good value for the priceCons:⢠Lacks deep bass compared to larger systems⢠No subwoofer included (some may miss it)Overall, a great choice for those who want a simple, all-in-one sound solution with excellent clarity and a clean look. Perfect for apartments or smaller living rooms.

Nice Soundbar For A Fuller Sound With U8000F TV
This soundbar is a nice addition to my Samsung U8000F Smart TV. This soundbar adds to the sound of the TV and when you choose Q Symphony you can use it in conjuction with your TV speakers so that they’re not just setting idle. Or you can choose the DTS setting and give the soundbar full responsibility. This soundbar comes with its on remote with which you can set the tone. I set the tone on mine to BASS. Remember, this soundbar has the bass speakers built-in so there is no separate subwoofer. Obviously the bass is not as booming as a separate subwoofer would provide but the soundbar serves the purpose that I bought it for which is to give fuller sound. I bought mine on sale and got a very good deal so there’s good value. The soundbar is easy to set up. Just connect it to the HDMI eARC port. Use the other HDMI ports on the TV for a DVD player or VCR and not the HDMI eARC port. I can’t testify to the Bluetooth connectivy capabilities of this soundbar since mine is directly connected to my TV set. The soundbar does come with some hangers although I simply sat on soundbar on top of my TV stand in front of my TV. At 26 and three eighth inches it sits between the TVs feet. This unit is corded and does not requires charging. The unit has good weight to it and is a sturdy build. I recommend this soundbar if you want a fuller sound from your TV. If you are looking for a soundbar with lots of booming base, you should get one with a separate subwoofer.

I hear the value
Purchased this for my living room, mind you Iâm in a 1,000sqft apartment. I have a 5 year old Samsung smart tv 55in, so naturally bought this Samsung sound bar. Below are pros and consPros:If it is on voice boost function I can tell the difference and hear more clearly than my regular tv.For those that said the bass isnât there, there definitely is bass to it.Currently watching disciple me two with my son to where I can clearly hear them nawing at the trees, pressing button and the sound effects, and even foot steps more clearly than just my tv speakers.I also have ac window units and can hear this so much better than my tv speakersCons:It took me 20 minutes in between cooking dinner to figure out how to get sound to it from the tv. Iâm not entirely sure why an hdmi cable is included, maybe itâs because my TVs 5+ years old but Samsung wouldnât give me the option through my tv to have it setup that way (yes tried the hdmi port for arc and the hdmi slot in the back where the old school audio ports are -yellow white aux)After 20min of struggling somehow have it added through sound output via Bluetooth. Now if you asked me how I got it there honestly I donât remember ð¤¦ââï¸ I have only tried it so far with tv shows or movies havenât connected my phone to either my tv or the speaker itâs self to see how it does with music.Over all I stand by the 4 star rating as I havenât heard any issues with it, and have noticed a difference from my stand alone tv speakers to this

Compact Design, BIG SOUND!
I’ve been on the quest for a sound bar since I upgraded my TV last year. I wanted the Q-Symphony integration for my Samsung QN65 but didn’t want, or need, a high-end unit. For my use, I didn’t see the value of spending a lot of money on a sound bar and additional surround sound speakers. I’d read all the reviews and decided to give the S700D a try. Set up was a breeze. I switched of the power strip to my TV, plugged in the sub-woofer and sound bar, switched the power strip back on and everything connected seamlessly. The only setting under audio I had to change was to select “TV + Soundbar” to enable the Q-Symphony function. I noticed right away that the dialog from the unit was much clearer than the TV speakers alone had been prior to installing the sound bar. I was concerned that I didn’t hear sound from the TV speakers while watching standard streaming content, news, etc. Apparently the Q-Symphony function only works while viewing streaming content with 5.1 audio, such as Netflix movies and shows. If you want to put the system through it’s paces, I highly recommend watching “Damsel” and “Oblivion”, both on Netflix. The sound was HUGE and the TV speakers became part of the 5.1 surround effect. With my premium subscription to MAX, I was able to watch content streaming in 4K with Dolby Atmos audio and was very impressed by surround effect produced by the S700D sound bar and TV speakers. Since I do not have rear speakers, I wouldn’t say the sound is “immersive” but there is a substantial depth, clarity, separation, bass response and dynamic range in the audio making this system a great value and option for anyone wanting to improve their listening experience. Many streaming providers offer premium subscriptions that offer 4K UHD and Dolby Atmos such as Netflix and MAX. I added the sound bar to my Smart Things app which does make controlling features a little easier. I’m not sure why but the only sound modes available are “Game” and “Adaptive Sound”. I’m using adaptive sound which monitors the audio in real time and adjust for optimum sound quality. I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

The soundbar was easy to install. The sound is a little better than without it. The controls and setup are very inconvenient.
