Inexpensive Robot Vacuum That Works Well
It replaced another Eufy RoboVac 11S MAX and is working perfectly. After a couple days it started making a clicking sound only for me to discover it picked up a zip-tie left on the ground. It is much quieter than the one it replaced and does its duty without complaining.

BEST ROBOVAC EVER!
This is BEST Robovac you’ll ever own, IMHO.I purchased the first robovac made by a different company when these little things were a completely new concept. This is BEST Robovac you’ll ever own, IMHO. I purchased the first robovac made by a different company when these little things were a completely new concept. It was such a surprise as to how good it was, and how it made a difference in time spent housekeeping every day. I’ve been a fan ever since (20+ yrs) and have tried many different brands and models. The Eufy is the best! And I have purchased 3 of this model.Depending upon your budget and specific needs, there are things I’ve learned, and I’m going to break those points down for your consideration. Possibly they may apply to your situation. These points are some requirements that make all the difference to me and my lifestyle. ~~>#1. Two auxiliary brushes.: This is the most important thing for me and is a no brainer, IMHO. The two brushes, one on each side of the front edge (approx 11 and 2 o’clock) sweep the debris to the underneath center of the unit where it is sucked up. Because there are two, they sweep a larger area, and because the vac covers the same areas more than once, you get better cleaning results. This is very important in kitchens and high traffic areas. Also corners are swept from both sides.#2. Undercarriage rotating beater brush: I have both carpeted and uncarpeted areas. I need more than just suction to lift dust, pet hair, dirt, and debris from my floors. My kitchen does not have carpet so an undercarriage beater brush is not a requirement, but my Family room has carpeting, and my Living room has Oriental wool and silk rugs. They need a light agitation to help lift up the dust so the vacuum can easily suction it up. A beater brush is a major requirement for my floors for this reason.#3 Scheduling option: this is WONDERFUL! Our major living areas are scheduled to vacuum after we’ve gone to bed, and our bedrooms and bathrooms are scheduled while we are gone during the day. Happy feet!#4. Rechargeable on its own! Need I say more? It goes back to the recharging station to recharge itself when it needs more juice. YAY! We live on three floors, and this is a huge plus for us.#5. The Customer service with this company is amazing! If you have any issues, regardless of how small, they will get back to you, and immediately help. They respond, and do not merely send you to a FAQ link.#6. It is gentle and does not smack into your furniture, scuffing it.#7. The more you use it, the cleaner your house will be. Regular dusting is done on a daily basis so there is less and less dirt and dust to deal with. It is amazing the difference! Weekend freedom!#8. You do not have to do much prep at all, just check for loose cords to not become tangled. When I bought my first robovac I didn’t use it too often because I was unnecessarily moving furniture, rugs, floor lamps, trash cans, etc. Then one day, I left a door open and the robovac sneaked out of the room I’d religated it to. When I returned home, the little vac had done my whole house (single level @ 2000 sq feet) and it was GREAT. I realized that all I needed to do from then on was to let it go do its thing. Lesson learned. My Eufys are my workhorses and I recommend this little gem of a vac if you are considering it. IMHO It will be a good investment. It has been for me, and my family (including cats and dogs).

Cleans well, slim design, doesnât last long
Weâve owned a lot of robot vacs in the past and for some reason, this is the one I keep coming back to. Itâs got itâs pros and cons.Pros:1) slim design. It fits under our furniture with no problems.2) quiet. It runs mostly quiet compared to other brands.3) very few errors and get the job done. Rarely do we find it sitting in the middle of the floor dead like most brands.Cons:1) canât clean inside the wheels. We have dogs and their hair wraps inside the wheels. You canât open them to clean them out. Because of this, we usually have to trash it within a year.2) when the wheels start to get too clogged up, it makes A LOT of noise. When you hear this noise, you know thereâs nothing more you can do for it. Time to get a new one.3) cleaning isnât as easy as other brands.Like I said, we keep coming back to this one due to itâs affordable price and slim design. I just wish it would last longer.

Don’t bother with the fancy lidar stuff, this thing hits all the spots.
I thought this would miss a lot of spots in our house, but it actually does an amazing job. In fact, it does such a good job of exploring the entire space that it took a full week before I figured out that if there is even the tiniest SLIVER of a chance it will get stuck somewhere, it WILL find that spot and get stuck in it.Pros: My place has never been cleaner. I’m continually blown away by the dust it collects every night even when I think the place is spotless. My cats are a little freaked out by it, but it’s really not that loud and I think it entertains them more than anything else. No cloud management wifi required BS; just schedule it with the included remote or press the button to make it go.Cons: Each night I do have to go around prepping the place to make sure it doesn’t get stuck. The dust trap isn’t huge, so you may find that it is completely packed by the end of a full run; do a few daytime runs and check it every 30 minutes or so until it can use up its battery without filling up all the way.Overall: The algorithm it uses to switch between edge-following, spiral, and criss-cross modes is pretty incredible as far as how well it touches on everything, and clearly indicates that the “efficiency” of the lidar room-mapping bots isn’t at all necessary for it to do a good job. It remains to be seen how long it’ll last, but it seems pretty repairable, so I hope to get multiple years out of it.

No wonder it’s so CHEAP
Absolutely a pain in the butt, I cannot leave this thing alone for more than a minute before it runs off somewhere to get stuck. It jams itself so far underneath my couch and just stops and cannot get unstuck. I also have a problem with it just constantly getting itself stuck on my desks feet as well. It’s flat enough where it will run itself up the foot like a ramp and once again GETS STUCK. If I could rate this less than a star I would. Just save yourself the hassle and get a smart one with a smart camera in the front and can learn to map a room so it doesn’t cause problems every time it starts it’s cleaning cycle..

Works really well with pet hair
These are fabulous little machines. Iâve got two cats and a Labrador. Needless to say they shed quite a bit. This is the second machine Iâve had from Eufy and hope it works and last as long as the first. Itâs an excellent vacuum for pet hair

Great little vacuum. Purchased it after having my eufy 15C Max for many years.

I have been wanting to try a robovac for some time. This item was sold as refubished at about half price, so I went for it. The brand was on a list of recommended products, so I thought the risk was low. Everyone is impressed by the amount of sand and cat hair this thing collects. It runs every day at midnight, and on demand. There are some limitations, like it can get stuck under a certain table that is low to the floor and has a tapered height. I want to buy or make elevators for this one unit. Also, there is a drop between two rooms, and it cannot go back up the drop. Not unexpected, nor a complaint. Just be realistic about your hopes. It is smart; navigates around the chairs under the dining room table. Overall, super impressed. My wife agrees that it is doing a great job.

Fantastic for my two bedroom apartment with two cats and two people with long curly hair. While we used to sweep every day, we find that we don’t have the need at all.I’m giving four stars as it is advertised to have two brushes at the front, but only has one. It works perfectly fine with one, but I would have preferred two.Excellent budget choice.

We absolutely love our Euphy, we call him Alfred and he does a great job. He sometimes gets a little lost or stuck under something and sometimes needs help getting to his home base, but honestly he cleans SO WELL every time – we don’t mind giving him a helping hand once in a while (not often at all). Value for money is excellent, very easy to clean and maintain, replacing parts is simple. I do recommend that you purchase the suggested replacement parts at the time of purchase. Also you can clean the brushes, whiskers and filter repeatedly before you need to replace. Euphy (Alfred) gets 10 stars from us. We love it!

Absolutely amazing vacuum for 6 months then stops working. The light flashes orange which is charging and never goes blue which is fully charged. It runs for 10 minutes then goes back to the base and is out of battery.Sadly I bought the slim model last year which stopped working less than a year and yet a still decided to buy the Max larger version. When I contacted customer service seems after a year these need a new battery but of course you have to pay for that out of pocket. So do not buy any of these cheaply made vacuums. Will not be making this mistake a third time.I also bought one for my Mom for Christmas and she had the exact same issue 10 months after so I know these are made to literally die on you.Price was too good to be true and it was.
