How to use Smartmak steamer pot?
Step1. Take out the steamer, flip the lid over, then take out the steam accessory kit;Step2. Connect steamer and sauna tent with a hose, use another hose to connect the herbal box to the connector inside the tent;Step3. Add under 4 L of water and tighten the lid clockwise, open the ON/OFF swich on the body then turn on the steamer by control panel or remote control;Step4. Set 16 levels and time you want to preheating the sauna tent then enjoy your personal sauna time at home.

What is the reason for steam not enough?
1. The steam hose is not smooth, causing the steam to be blocked;
2. The cover is not tightly closed;
3. The water level exceeds the maximum scale line;
4. Did not use higest-power preheating for 10-20 minutes before using the product.
What are the solutions for insufficient steam?
1. Keep the hose is connected smoothly before use;
2. Tighten the lid clockwise before use;
3. Reduce the amount of water below the maximum scale line;
4. Use 16 power to warm up for a certain period of time to fill the sauna tent with steam.

Why does my steamer not work?
No water inside the steamer, the switch on the steamer is closed will cause the product does not work, please keep contact in time if you have any problems.
Can I add essential oils or herbs to the steam pot?
No, do not put essential oil or herbs in the steamer to prevent the lid from breaking up. Only water can be put in the pot. You can put them in the white herbal box without blocking the air vent.

It takes up a lot of room, but it works like a real sauna so if you have a room that you can spare to put this in itâs a good purchase. I absolutely love my sauna. I suffer severe excema and allergies but for anyone you need to sweat out your lymphatic system! You will live longer and be healthier for it. I go from my camping hot tub to my steam room then to my putdoor shower. Complete heaven.

Does the job
People please keep in mind youâre paying $200 for an at-home sauna. At that price point this this is great. Make sure the hoses are secured in place before attempting to steam or they may slip out of place. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get up to temp and fill tent with steam so plan accordingly, donât sit inside while waiting for steam to build. You also lose a good amount of steam when you open the tent and get inside so try to be quick as you will have to wait a couple more minutes to build back up the steam.Make sure to shower before sauna to remove all dirt and grime from your body. The purpose of a sauna is to expel toxins from your body. Itâs not very effective when you start a sauna with a layer of dirt and grime. After the sauna jump back in the shower quickly within a couple minutes to rinse everything off your body again. Do not let yourself dry out or your skin will reabsorb much of the stuff it sweated out. If you donât normally shower before the sauna you will notice a big difference.Make sure to use a towel to sit on the chair to keep things a bit cleaner and also a towel on the outside of the tent to step on when you get out because you will be soaked in sweat. Your sauna session shouldnât last more than 10-15 minutes. If youâre sitting in there for any longer than that you need to raise the temperature.Ever since using the sauna my resting heart rate and blood pressure have dropped, this thing may save your life.

Dangerous fire hazard and itâs steamer is junk
This steamer leaks into the electronics where the pot edge meets plastic. This started smoking and electrical smell after 6 months of use. The company knows this is a problem. This steamer should be recalled. Mine stopped working. If any of you loose a house to this steamer write me. I have evidence and witnesses. Now the company knows itâs a problem with a simple fix. If your house burns down due to water leaking from the pot:housing joint into the electronics contact me. They know about it and are liable

Iâve been using this portable sauna for over a year now almost daily. It is by far one of the best Amazon purchases Iâve made. It keeps a steady temperature up to 120 degrees (I use it on about 110 for my purposes) and with the steam humidity is 98% +. If youâre thinking of trying a portable sauna I highly recommend this product for the health benefits and durability. My next Shana purchase will be a more expensive permanent type but this has been perfect for my needs.

Bought this for my husband for Xmas whoâs working away and is missing the pool and sauna. He absolutely loves it. Said itâs probably the best gift he ever received. He was sceptical at first about it. But said it is above his expectations on it. He just puts a fan on it afterwards to dry it out. Lives in a little apartment and doesnât take up too much room for him. He said he can do 15-20 mins in it and needs out. Works very well.

The steam version is quite nice. It delivers the results having in mind the purchase price. The only issue I have is with the height of the booth as I am quite tall.
