Kid safe!
Got this for my son who kept burning his fingers on a regular glue gun. This glue still comes out hot but not hot enough to cause burns. It also has a protective tip to keep you from burning your hands on that. The only negative is it has special sized glue sticks that our standard glue sticks donât fit into so Iâll have to buy more. Overall works great and kid-safe!

Wonderful, safe product for my 8 year old
I bought this for my eight-year-old granddaughter because we do crafts via FaceTime every week. The crafts we were doing were getting too simple for her so her mom approved this glue gun for her and weâve up the game. It doesnât feel hot to her and yet the glue works perfectly and it was an easy learning curve for her.

Broke the first time
First time trying to use this glue gun, the trigger broke on the first try. Never did get to use it. Waste of money.

Safe but not very effective
I was preparing to teach at an art camp for kids and needed a glue gun that was safe for them to use. Â This glue gun is consistently cool enough and does not leak, and was good in that way. Â As noted it other reviews, the glue cools off very fast because it is a safe, cooler temperature, so you have to place your item to be glued really quickly! Â The problem I read about in other reviews that played out for me as well is the action of advancing the glue stick didn’t always work. Â Also, when I used up all the glue sticks that came with the product, my extra glue sticks, which were labeled to work at both high and low temperatures, did not work with the glue guns. Â They did not melt enough. Â I have purchased some glue sticks that are labeled specifically for lower temeratures, so I hope they work better. Â I looked to see if Adtech sold the low temp glue sticks included with the glue guns separately, but couldn’t find them. Â Pros-safe for kids. Â Cons-difficult to use, refill glue sticks apparently not available for purchase. Â
