Great for running rear dash cam wiring
Works great, itâs firm yet flexible. When you unwind it, it comes out straight, due to the way itâs constructed.Very easy to use, and itâs a great value for the money. Seems very durable too.It was perfect for pushing through a rear camera cable up to my front dashcam. The eyelet has a perfectly sized hole which held on to the right angle USB-C connector perfectly. (See picture).I just used a piece of duct tape to temporarily secure the wire to the fish tape, and then pushed it through from the hatch hinge arm, into the ceiling (above the roof liner) and then to the edge of the rear door seal (the door seal is easily removed). Then I maneuvered it to the edge of the front door seal, removed the wire from the fish tape, and then tucked the wire into the A-pillar trim, and then tucked the wire into the roof liner where it meets the windshield. Excellent quality, good price and just the right length for fishing short runs. This fish is also rigid enough to drop down inside a wall from an attic drill down into a knockout of a metal electrical box… Great backup to fiberglass rods.Pro tip, lay small flash light in the box so as your guiding the fish down you can see the hole perfectly :0)
