I LOVE my new computer. Super fast, large screen with vibrant colors. It’s pretty lite weight but doesn’t feel fragile like many others that I have checked out. I was surprised at just how easy it is to maneuver the touch screen. All in all a 10 out of 10!!

Careful of damages. Mostly a great computer. Jury out!
Easy setup for the layman. If you have no tech skills this device will provide a hands-off approach. Came with a docking station that, upon inspection had a crease in the metal that was obscuring the bottom small SD card slot slightly affecting the larger one on top. This proved to render the hub buggy and unreliable. I used my old hub that is 3.0 primarily focused and the device was able to run all peripherals needed.Am reasonably happy with the interface as it has not changed much if one upgrades to the current Windows build (11…). The device actually upgraded the version that was previously, and unbeknownst upon reboot to authenticate all installs. Not a bad venture.Retracts are the inevitable removal of the use of Outlook (the power user days) and some other “power user” applications that can be attributed to the progression of cyber influences. Most of these were realized through a tech savvy perspective and not a hindrance for end users.Upon conversing with Amazon for an easy “fix” to the problem of a peripheral, they were unsympathetic to the need and required a complete return of the entire device and its constituents.

Very laggy
After a year of having this lap top it is very laggy, also dies very quickly. So be sure to carry a charger with you everywhere with this hp lap top as it will die in about 30 minutes.

Consumer Fraud!
This laptop died on us and HP stated the warranty was invalid due to the upgrade memory modified by Amazon. Amazon self-help is not working either. HP is not helping us. Amazon self help did not work either. I thought I was buying a laptop from the HP Store. This looks like fraud!

Lab top is perfect.. Batter than my expectation. Touch system works perfect. However charger stop working after short use and is nor covered by warranty. HP service station in abu dhabi denied to provide any service as this model is not launched in UAE..Warranty is provided by a 3rd party.
