Crimp tool review
This crimping tool is good for the price. To get a decent crimp I felt like I had to downsize the tool to get adequate crimpage. Could have just been the brand of wire I used that was a not accurate gauge size. All and all this tool worked for the job.

A couple of things to note:
The crimping tool is good quality, although it produces a flat protrusion (tab) from the finished crimp. This is only a concern when applying heat shrink over the fitting, as it could cause wear that results in an opening in the heat shrink, which could allow water penetration. The tab can be filed down to remove it. The cutting tool works well, but has a rather wide grip spacing, making it most suitable for people with large hands.

Use with 8 , 6 and 4 awg wire and terminals
Usage has only been with 8 awg, 6 awg and 4 awg wires and terminals. Needed a tool that works at point of application, engine bay, and work bench. Overall, the tool works well, tested terminals with hanging 10 kg weight. Tool does leave a tab on finished crimp as described by others. Crimping a second time after moving the terminal 60+ degrees does compress tab and did not affect holding strength of terminal on wire. The crimp face does not cover the entire wire insertion port however this allowed two crimp points on each terminal.
