Nice PC and Great Customer Support
I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I’m highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I’m not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs.

    I wouldn’t waste Money
⚙️ Worked Fine… for a Little WhileAt first, it actually ran okay. For the first few months, it handled light gaming, browsing, and basic stuff decently. The RGB fans looked cool, it was quiet, and I thought, “hey, maybe I scored a good deal.”But fast-forward to 2025, and the truth came out — this thing was built cheap from the ground up.💣 The Ugly Truth — Why You Should NOT Buy This PC1. Cheap, generic parts disguised as “gaming hardware.”The listing brags about an Intel i5 CPU and Radeon RX 550 GPU, but here’s the reality:That i5 is an older, low-power model. It’s not built for real gaming or multitasking. The RX 550 GPU was already outdated years before this PC even shipped. It’s basically an office GPU pretending to be a gaming card. The power supply and cooling system? Generic, no-name brands that probably cost the manufacturer $15 total. No wonder everything’s dying early.2. Thermal disaster waiting to happen. The system overheats constantly. My CPU runs hot, the fans struggle, and even my external monitor is starting to feel the heat. The “three RGB fans” look nice but don’t move nearly enough air. There’s no proper airflow design, and it shows.3. No longevity whatsoever.By 2025, this PC is coughing up its last breath. The CPU’s overheating, the SSD’s slowing down, and the fans sound like a dying lawnmower. For a system that’s only two years old, that’s pathetic.4. Warranty and support are basically a joke. The “one-year warranty” might as well not exist. After that, you’re on your own. Try finding replacement parts or getting actual support — good luck. Most of the components are off-brand and proprietary, so standard upgrades or replacements don’t always fit or function right.5. False advertising at best, scammy at worst. The way this PC is marketed on Amazon makes it sound like a mid-tier gaming rig. In reality, it’s a budget office PC dressed up with cheap RGB lights to lure beginners who don’t know the difference. If you’re hoping to play modern games smoothly — forget it. You’ll be stuck on low settings or constant crashes.🔧 Summary — The Harsh RealityThis system isn’t “gaming-ready.” It’s barely life-ready.If you’re tempted because it looks cool or seems affordable, don’t fall for it. You’re better off saving a little more for a real build or even buying a refurbished Dell or HP with known-brand parts.🚫 Final Verdict: 2/10✅ Looked good out of the box.❌ Performs like an overworked toaster after a year.❌ Overheats easily.❌ Cheap components.❌ No real upgrade path or longevity.Do yourself a favor: don’t waste $300–$400 on this thing. It’s not an investment — it’s a ticking time bomb with pretty lights.

    Great for non-gamers too!
It’s quiet and was easy to set up. I am not a gamer but seem to have many tabs open at once, so my son recommended I get a gaming system for the memory. Great price and great advice!

good for beginners, but don’t expect much
I really do love this computer, it handles almost everything I need it to. Setup was simple; it comes with the necessary software, and it’s compatible with all my accessories (desktop monitor, keyboard, mouse, sound bar, etc.). I upgraded the graphics card without any issues. That said, there are a couple of downsides. The system doesn’t automatically update Windows software, so mine is already nearing the end of support, which is frustrating. The Wi-Fi connection can also be spotty at times.Performance-wise, it depends on what you’re expecting. For casual gaming, things like Stardew Valley, Sims, Civilization, or older titles like Skyrim, it runs just fine. But if you’re looking for a machine that can handle more intense FPS or graphics-heavy games, the base model will need serious upgrades, especially in the graphics department. Mine personally couldn’t handle Baldur’s Gate without being super spotty, running like 15 frames per second.Overall, I’d recommend this as a starter PC—great for teenagers getting into gaming or anyone who wants a reliable computer for lighter games and everyday use. Be prepared to upgrade in a few years or invest in modifications if you want to take it further.
