Nice PC and Great Customer Support
I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I’m highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I’m not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs.

I wouldn’t waste Money
âï¸ Worked Fine⦠for a Little WhileAt first, it actually ran okay. For the first few months, it handled light gaming, browsing, and basic stuff decently. The RGB fans looked cool, it was quiet, and I thought, âhey, maybe I scored a good deal.âBut fast-forward to 2025, and the truth came out â this thing was built cheap from the ground up.ð£ The Ugly Truth â Why You Should NOT Buy This PC1. Cheap, generic parts disguised as âgaming hardware.âThe listing brags about an Intel i5 CPU and Radeon RX 550 GPU, but hereâs the reality:That i5 is an older, low-power model. Itâs not built for real gaming or multitasking. The RX 550 GPU was already outdated years before this PC even shipped. Itâs basically an office GPU pretending to be a gaming card. The power supply and cooling system? Generic, no-name brands that probably cost the manufacturer $15 total. No wonder everythingâs dying early.2. Thermal disaster waiting to happen. The system overheats constantly. My CPU runs hot, the fans struggle, and even my external monitor is starting to feel the heat. The âthree RGB fansâ look nice but donât move nearly enough air. Thereâs no proper airflow design, and it shows.3. No longevity whatsoever.By 2025, this PC is coughing up its last breath. The CPUâs overheating, the SSDâs slowing down, and the fans sound like a dying lawnmower. For a system thatâs only two years old, thatâs pathetic.4. Warranty and support are basically a joke. The âone-year warrantyâ might as well not exist. After that, youâre on your own. Try finding replacement parts or getting actual support â good luck. Most of the components are off-brand and proprietary, so standard upgrades or replacements donât always fit or function right.5. False advertising at best, scammy at worst. The way this PC is marketed on Amazon makes it sound like a mid-tier gaming rig. In reality, itâs a budget office PC dressed up with cheap RGB lights to lure beginners who donât know the difference. If youâre hoping to play modern games smoothly â forget it. Youâll be stuck on low settings or constant crashes.ð§ Summary â The Harsh RealityThis system isnât âgaming-ready.â Itâs barely life-ready.If youâre tempted because it looks cool or seems affordable, donât fall for it. Youâre better off saving a little more for a real build or even buying a refurbished Dell or HP with known-brand parts.ð« Final Verdict: 2/10â Looked good out of the box.â Performs like an overworked toaster after a year.â Overheats easily.â Cheap components.â No real upgrade path or longevity.Do yourself a favor: donât waste $300â$400 on this thing. Itâs not an investment â itâs a ticking time bomb with pretty lights.

This is a good starter computer.

Great for non-gamers too!
It’s quiet and was easy to set up. I am not a gamer but seem to have many tabs open at once, so my son recommended I get a gaming system for the memory. Great price and great advice!

good for beginners, but don’t expect much
I really do love this computer, it handles almost everything I need it to. Setup was simple; it comes with the necessary software, and itâs compatible with all my accessories (desktop monitor, keyboard, mouse, sound bar, etc.). I upgraded the graphics card without any issues. That said, there are a couple of downsides. The system doesnât automatically update Windows software, so mine is already nearing the end of support, which is frustrating. The Wi-Fi connection can also be spotty at times.Performance-wise, it depends on what youâre expecting. For casual gaming, things like Stardew Valley, Sims, Civilization, or older titles like Skyrim, it runs just fine. But if youâre looking for a machine that can handle more intense FPS or graphics-heavy games, the base model will need serious upgrades, especially in the graphics department. Mine personally couldn’t handle Baldur’s Gate without being super spotty, running like 15 frames per second.Overall, Iâd recommend this as a starter PCâgreat for teenagers getting into gaming or anyone who wants a reliable computer for lighter games and everyday use. Be prepared to upgrade in a few years or invest in modifications if you want to take it further.
