Quality is important to me.
Iâve used this glue to repair several pairs of shoes, including sneakers and hiking boots, and it works perfectly. It dries clear, is truly waterproof, and holds very strong even after long walks. Genuinely strong Shoe Glue
This glue stuck grit tape to my rubber sole and simply did not wear out, past the life of the tape. Iâm going to use it to adhere a Vibram non-slip sole, and I expect it will be excellent.I had tried a couple of other shoe glues (Shoe Gloo I think and an Adherus product) but nothing came close to this. It seems to be a genuine cobblerâs/tradesmanâs quality product you could build a shoe repair business on.

Worked great for work shoes that get soaked!
I have about a month left as a part time dishwasher where my feet get soaked. My work shoes got to the point where the soles were almost totally off. I wasnât going to spend another $60 on a pair of shoes for a month left, so I tried this glue. It worked perfectly! My soles are back on and I have confidence they will last this last month of intense use + getting soaked. Full disclosure, I also added a bead of silicone around the edge where the soles and shoe meet for added waterproof sealing.

Simply amazing results and easy to use
I tried to glue some sneaker soles with a bunch of different glues and failed. Then I tried Cerca de shoe glue. Simply amazing results and very easy to use. I was able to restore the soles on two pairs of sneakers and still have glue left over.Tips:- read all directions- highly recommend a heat gun or hair dryer to activate higher bonding strength- Highly recommend using your own sandpaper to clean up and scuff up bonding areas- be creative in securing and clamping, see how I used a can of beans in my pictures. Stuff inside of shoe tightly with newspaper (or junk mail since newspapers probably don’t exist)- Included rubber bands are nice but use more of your own- Use small wood working clamps see my pictures and let air 24 hours- Work one area at a time of the show, font vs back- Don’t be rushed. Glue can dry up a bit and that’s okay because you should use a heat gun or hair dryer to get tacky again. Then carefully join surfaces.The Good:- decent amount of glue- glue is clear and drys clear- smell is mini when using, no smell when dry- lots of extras include; gloves, sandpaper sticks, brush, rubber bands- simple instructions- nice air tight storage bag to prolonge shelf life (1 year)- Tube cap has metal probe and tube tip is also metal. Very nice touch to ensure future applications remain possible. No need to puncture tube to begin first use. Never seen this before and it was very functional.The Bad:- included access are useful but I feel they are more of a reminder to use proper techniques and bring your own sandpaper and gloves and clamping tools. Basically these accessories are minimally useful.- Perhaps a bit pricey for a pair of sneakers. Most people would probably just buy new sneakers. But I suppose it depends on how expensive your sneakers are. This glue isn’t just for sneakers so perhaps it is useful for athletic shoes etc.- Would be nice if the glue specified the types of bonding surfaces supported by this glue as I have seen they have different variations from this brand and that is confusing. It just says that it bonds different types of surfaces but I would like to see examples beyond just saying shoes, purses, sofas.
