Didn’t expect it to pass the test.
This is some very, very sticky, good, double sided tape!I initially got this for hanging stuff on the walls. I will go ahead and say, this tape will pull off paint. So if you’re getting it for that, just be warned.I stuck a strip of this to a brushed aluminum refrigerator. It’s a very smooth, sort of slippery surface. It held just fine.Now, the real test. I have a steel plate/magnet system that I use for mounting my phones and tablet to tripods. The one I have for my (heavy) tablet, the adhesive on the steel plate pulled loose from the tripod.It’s a smooth, not so grippy aluminum clamp. See 3rd pic. I figured… Why waste a plate? I’ll try this double sided tape and see how it does.To be honest, I really didn’t think this was going to work.Not only does it work, holding the plate, heavy magnet, and tablet up… But I can’t pull that plate off with my fingers!!Heavy duty? YES!I’ve been disappointed with double sided tapes in the past. But this one did not disappoint!It’s clear, but slightly shiny. So yeah, it will stand out just a bit, but conceals very well underneath whatever two things you’re sticking together.It’s thick, so you’re not going to get a perfect surface to surface seal. But if you’re hanging pictures, you want to get between the picture and the wall to take it off anyway.Cuts very easily with a knife or common house scissors.The protective film is surprisingly easy to take off. Others have had film that were a royal pain to remove. Not the case here.Overall very pleased!

Actually is reusable and doesn’t damage wallsCONS1. The backing on the back of the one side of tape is really hard to remove.2. Cutting and trimming the tape down to size and removing the backing on the one side is annoying.Overall rating 4/5 Stars as it is pricey, the backing is annoying, but you get a lot of tape and it is reusable so it will last a while and the tape quality is really good. Things you want to stick to the wall, stick.

Nano tape is a product you need to live with a while. The more often you use it, the more ideas you get.I have used mine for keeping a kitchen floor mat in place, sticking a motion-detecting light to the wall, temporarily mounting an LED Xmas projection light to shine out my living-room window onto the snow in my front yard, and hanging posters.The tape holds firmly and removes completely (though with a bit of gentle effort). I feel a bit nervous about using it to hang heavy or fragile objects long-term, so I can’t make any claims in that department.This 20′ roll is enough to last me for years.
