AMAZING⦠Better then expected.
I was hesitant in purchasing this grill, but got it on Prime Days anyway. Mostly because of the price. Well I was greatly surprised on how well it works. The four burners are very adjustable for temperature so you can bake / grill at 300 – 700 degrees. The griddle is amazing and we do Sunday morning breakfast on the patio every week. Making pancakes and fried eggs is amazing. Works great. I would not use the griddle for bacon or sausage ,as I think the built in drain is not placed in a great spot but it really does not matter with most cooking.

Always dependable CHAR BROIL GRILLS
Weâve used different types (charcoal, propane) throughout the years. But always prefer CHAR BROIL grills. Great heat distribution & heats quickly. Makes grilling easier & the food tastes better. I also like the design & solid black color of the grill.

Very nice grill!
Love this grill, heats up well, I love all the adaptions it has, from flat iron to charcoal, to infrared cooking, or just regular flamed. Puting it together was not bad, intructions where a little iffy on the battery pack. It took me a while to figure it out as kit had a nut that was not needed and was not allowing to set up. Im happy with my purchase, good quality. I recommend it.

Very happy so far
My brother recommended this to me and I have to say it cooks nicely. Cleanup is supposed to be on cool grill since it is enameled steel, but I have trouble getting it clean that way. Iâm gonna try some other ways like steam and see if that is better. The Infrared setup does give nice, even heating. Grill is sturdy and assembly was pretty straightforward. Iâd probably suggest getting a grill cover from CharBroil that exactly fits the grill. The more generic one we bought works ok but is a bit bulky to put on.

Takes a couple of hours to assemble, but worth it.
As always, infrared is the way to grill! No flare ups, even grilling. There are extra bolts/washers/lock washers packed in with the handle. Use those instead of what is in the hardware pack.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Appears to be of good quality.  I do like how the griddle actually requires part of the grates to he removed and fits in just above the burners. The griddle also stores on a hangar under the grill.The assembly instructions are rudimentary, just stay with it and you’ll be fine.

Huge disappointment
I have own multi grills , this one is one of the cheapest parts , Gas burners, aluminum, there is no infrared technology PERIOD . I did get cheap Cheap aluminum diffusers with little holes in them to put underneath the porcelain steel grates( Not even cast-iron grates). So to mislead consumers And state infrared technology thatâs the burner system not a cheap aluminum Diffuser That I can purchase for 20 bucks. My old barbecue unfortunately I threw away before this thing came had cast-iron grates head cast iron burners, cast-iron heat shield and was half the price. So before you buy this, you should research what actually infrared gas Technology is because it Ainât in this overpriced cheap barbecue. I have infrared technology in my barbecue at the other house. It works incredible, but it is not a cheap aluminum diffuser, grades actually a burner system which equally distributes the heat for an even cook. I canât tell you I am so disappointed that I wasted almost 500 bucks on this piece of crap

grill works fantastic. there were some minor dents in some parts of the grill I read other reviews and a lot of people said there were damaged part. Thankfully mine were no big deal. maybe they need better quality control. I have been through many many grills this hopefully will be my last one.
