    Fast, inexpensive, nice looking
Love the look and speed of this computer. Works great out of the box. I’m used to building my own rigs except for a couple Alienware rebuilds. This rebuild saved time and money

I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed
A very Whelming gaming systemI wanted to make sure that I gave plenty of time with this system before writing a review, which I’m definitely glad for as time has gone on. If Amazon allowed half-stars, I’d most likely be rating this a 2.5, but I don’t want to outright call it 2 stars, so 3 it is.The Positives:- The system was packaged extremely well for shipping. I suspect this could have been dropped from a truck and been okay. Which was good, because the experience with this package and USPS was… less than stellar, let’s say. But that’s on my local postal, not on the product at all.- The case is just nice, plain and simple. For many years, cases have been a place I’ve saved money and bought something really cheap to build in. The build quality, features, and just overall design of this case though has me re-thinking that approach. I’ve had to open it up multiple times (more on that later), and aside from the side panel being *really* finicky to line up the post/hole pairing, it’s been great. The magnetic attachment for the non-glass side panel to access behind the mobo is very welcome.- The system (with caveats) runs very well, and has overall been solid and dependable in terms of performance. The system came configured with no third-party bloatware, only their RGB controller utility (more below on that). The Negatives:Hoo boy.- The controller software did a pretty solid job (once you made it through the menus) of controlling most of the RGB. However, while it had fan control functionality… that is locked behind a paywall. It’s just a semi-functional demo utility with a subscription fee to use the rest. I did confirm this with support, and their answer was to uninstall and control the fans from the UEFI BIOS menu. Sooo…. yeah. That left an immediate bad taste.- The included remote for the fan/RGB controller is limited but decent for basic things like “Fan speed up/down (although very slowly) and some preset lighting choices for most of the RGB. But it doesn’t sync them all, and is *very* slow to respond, prompting multiple “Did I press it? Did it register that I pressed it?” button presses.- I very quickly had a case fan go bad, which I was able to isolate and identify. Contacting support for a replacement fan was relatively easy, although even with providing the specific bad fan (along with the system’s serial number for build info) they still requested pictures of the fan and connector type to source the replacement. Should that not be in their system , particularly when given the SN? The fan was also delayed in being shipped out until I contacted support again to check for an expected tracking number.- I have another fan which is chattering on system boot, but frankly this one I may just deal with until it goes out entirely, not to have to go through that again.- Part choices in general (brands/models) are mostly fine. Nothing was “Wow, they used a great piece there!”, but (almost) nothing was “Ouch, they really skimped there and it shows”.- The sad exception there is the motherboard. It’s, in theory, an “okay” board. Middling reviews.Even noting settings and resetting to default/updating BIOS to current/etc, there are several sections in the BIOS which are just stuck permanently in non-English language. Spanish, I’m fairly certain. Toggling the language settings away from and back to English does not change this.- I bought an identical 32GB RAM kit to the modules in the system to perform probably the most common of gaming system upgrades. The system, despite claims for the board, will not run stably with 4 sticks of RAM. It will run *mostly* stable, as in generally for an hour or two with 4 sticks… if EXPO/XMP is completely turned off and the RAM is limping at 4800 (note, this system uses DDR5 6000 which the RAM is rated for and the matrix notes for 2/4 slots). Any combination of the RAM in 2 slots (Yes, I marked and tested mix/match) is stable at the rated 6000. 4 slots filled, any order/combo? 4800 and it’s not great even at that.- This does, along with the language being stuck not fully in English, make me strongly suspect that Skytech went with some kind of for-export motherboard variant. Just overall, it feels like there was a degree of Minimum Viable Product in the parts choices and build. I wanted to be a lot happier with what was at the end of the day an upper-midrange-priced prebuilt, as it was my first time buying rather than building in decades. Instead, I have a system that I’ve already been into troubleshooting multiple times, and I know that there is more of that in my future with it.I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Not as expected. Its quality is lacking.
Parts are only entry level. Heat isn’t handled properly on motherboard. There’s a rattling sound in either the box fan, AIO or GPU. Trying to narrow that down. Also, the cables are so tightly wrapped around the GPU and fans that I’m unsure if it will cause damage if the come undone. It also comes with GPU sag.Build quality and quality of parts(aside from the case) are questionable. If I can make it work without voiding warranty, I’ll keep it. But it’s not a good impression for me of a company that I was unsure of its quality control. The ones I’ve seen in the stores seem fine. But what was shipped to me feels like a cheap version of those. Will keep testing it and update as necessary. $2200…….could have made it for $1700 with the parts included.

    Do not waste your money
Do not purrchase this pc. I bought for my son with the intent to play Fortnite. It is unusable. If it will even open it glitches the entire game. Now we are stuck with this very expensive pc.

Refinement. That’s what this machine is about.
I’m really impressed so far. I never knew what a luxury it was to see a bunch of fans spinning and not hear them at all. I had picked one up for a customer and was impressed enough with the performance and refinements that I ordered a 2nd for myself. I’m fairly savvy but haven’t done a full teardown of the machine or anything. But, I’ve been impressed.
