Good way to relax the tired feet
The first thing it tells you in the instructions is that the water spa (the silicon bucket, to be more descriptive) is collapsible. To set it up properly, you basically push on the bottom plastic part to pull out the top plastic part, and there’s a fairly generous layer of rubbery silicon waterproof seal that stays up afterwards. So even though it’s collapsible, the process is onerous, and don’t expect to be collapsing and compacting it on a daily basis.The instructions are detailed and straightforward. You pour the water in, plug the bucket in, and with a remote control the temperature of the water as well as massage pressure (three levels of variability). Everything worked as expected, you have to lean in to push your feet into the ground to feel the massage rollers better if you need a harsher pressure.Gotta be honest, it feels nice on the feet. Adding bubbles would’ve been even nicer, but I guess that would complicate the electronics with jets and what not.Pros:* sturdy, well-built* feels fairly luxurious* the lid covers half the bucket, so it doesn’t cool as quickly* compact even when set-up, easy to hide in a cabinetCons:* remote doesn’t adjust to *any* temperature, I guess because of the safety reasons, you can only go up by one degree at a time if you want the water hotter* setup (the un-collapsing part) requires a bit of effort, you’re wondering if you’re doing it right or breaking the unit* the plug-in cord is not that long, in my bathroom I need an extension cord

Pain relief
Great product! I love it. I’ve used it a handful of times since I’ve gotten it. I like how deep it sinks in so it’s past the ankles. I love that it collapsed. I love that it has a handle to carry it. I love the massagers. The only few downfalls that I have are that there is a sharp little plastic centerpiece for whatever reason. It’s too sharp. It literally hurts the feet and I would also like to see a little bit more massage for the arch of my foot considering that’s where a lot of my pain comes from. The massagers seem to focus on on the ball of the foot and the heel of the foot. I need some in the middle of my foot. Outside of that it is a great concept

Disappointed
Reviewing: Foot Spa Collapsible, Foot Bath Massager with Heat, Remote, Timer, and 24 Motorized Shiatsu”shiatsu massage” — if that means barely able to feel this ‘massage’. This feature is so weak, it’s next to useless. The only way to ‘feel’ it is to push your feet into them, which requires leaning forward and pressing your feet against the rotating motion. Ridiculous…not much relaxing working so hard to get a little action.Water heating is good if you start with warm/hot water from the faucet. It takes a good 10 mins to reach your temp setting (I set to 110, started with 103 from faucet). But it maintains the heat for the full 30-45 mins used.Bubbles: there are none, even though one of the pics show bubbles. A much less expensive Conair has bubbles, but its massage feature is worthless as well.Remote is worthless — you have to be within abt 12 inches and aimed directly at the red lite inside the tub. What’s the point? May as well have controls embedded in the top. The remote has one of those slide trays for a button battery: cheap weak plastic tray, had one like this before that broke during first battery change, gluing back together didn’t work because the trays is a super tight fit (what was the manufacturer thinking??). Even a lay-person can see it needs to be metal. Once the remote is gone, you can still turn it off and on (hidden button underneath), but no control over temp and so-called ‘massage’.Other reviewers must be easy to please since I’ve had other foot spas far better than this and less expensive.Returning.

Product is easy to set up and a great value for the price. Product functions as it should and works wonders for the feet
