This wraps snugly around your feet, calves, and thighs (good for thick thighs too). It provides compression massage, with three intensity levels, Modes, and three adjustable heat settings. It heats up quickly and compresses really good. I feel like it helps relieve muscle fatigue, improve circulation and provide relaxed feeling. I think itâs great to help recover after exercises, reduce swelling after long travels. It shuts off after 20min so itâs safe if you fall asleep. Overall, I think itâs a great tool for at home leg massage.

This is just awesome relaxing in shorts having my back and leg massaged and relax on weekends! I will be gifting this to my dad. The fit is flexible and I just wrap it using velcro.
