Works well easy to use.
This works well, itâs easy to use. I find I clean more often for a short period of time as itâs so handy to grab and easy to vacuum now. Battery lasts as long as itâs quoted in the description. Iâve used it for two months and cleaned hopper every time Iâve used it or when the container looks full. Iâve had no problem with Hair, but obviously any bristle is going to grab some hair eventually and will need lite cleaning. If you take care of it as directed it should last a long time. Not to mention itâs lightweight and fits under most of my furniture and the beds. I love it.

Great white shark vacuum!
Shark shark baby! We had a similar model for almost 10 years. Even replaced the battery on the old one then the shaft cracked and she was done. The new one is same as old but white and missing the front led light. Got it for $100 on prime day. Works great for quick touch ups and lightweight good suction and well balanced. The battery is in the bottom head not the top handle like the stick vacuums. Better set up.

Easy to use. Doesn’t last very long.
To start with….I love this vacuum. It’s lightweight, easy to empty and works great on my many carpeted stairs. Also it works over all the ruggables throughout the house. My other vacuum cleaners pull the top part away from the velcro and jam up the beater brush. This vacuum is powerful but manages not to get jammed up with the ruggables. My one big complaint: I go through one of these vacuums every year. I use it everyday on the first floor of my house. The problem: I go to start the vacuum by tapping the power button and nothing happens or for a brief moment it starts and then dies. I watched the YouTube videos on troubleshooting for this model and followed the instructions. They indicated that almost always the above “behavior” means there is a plug or jam. I keep the filters clean and have checked for jams (there haven’t been). I chalk this up to a year of constant use and after all for the price I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise that it doesn’t last past about a year and a half. And because it would cost more than I paid for it to repair it I just by another. I have a standby corded Dyson to pick up the slack. I don’t like having to dispose of my no longer working Sharks in a landfill.

Light, easy to handle, always ready.
The best ever. Been using on hardwood floors and picking up after pets. Quick and easy clean up.

Not happy.
There are exactly two things I like about this vacuum – the portable size/weight and the fact that it’s battery operated. That is where the love ends. I don’t think I’ve written a “bad” review before, but my annoyance about this product has compelled me to do so. Our home is 90% wood flooring with one decent sized low-nap area rug – seems like we should be a perfect fit for this type of vacuum, but I find that there are more things it WON’T suck up than stuff it will and this is very noticeable with bare feet on a wood floor. My list of things this vacuum won’t suck up -1. Cheerios (or similar small pieces of cereal/crackers/what-have you.) We have a child and these items are at least 50% of the reason we vacuum in the first place. It might fling it, even break it…but it really doesn’t want to suck these up.2. Sand or rock chips – we live on a gravel road. Little tiny bits of rock and sand end up around our doorway…this vacuum appears to suck them up, only to spit them back out elsewhere in my home as I continue to vacuum. I think they just get caught in the brush. I’m not talking big rocks here…just teeny little bits of sand! I’ve tried with both speeds of the brush – the higher speed just flings them everywhere.3. Small scraps of paper – see number 1. We have a child. Why are these tiny lightweight bits of paper so difficult to vacuum? I can go back and forth over it 20 times and MAYBE it will suck it up if I hit it just right.4. The straw that broke the camel’s back today? A plastic swing tag. You know, the kind that holds a price tag onto a new shirt – only minus the actual price tag. Just a tiny, insignificant piece of plastic and it WOULD NOT SUCK IT UP. I tried every angle. I tried for longer than I care to admit. I would have wasted less time and energy by getting a broom and dustpan (for all the above, really!)I will say, this this thing WILL suck up pet hair fairly decently. That’s really all I have to say that’s positive about the suction. We tried troubleshooting as much as we could – emptying out the vac regularly, etc. No dice. So, onto the next problem – somewhere around the third week of usage, our unit came apart right where the floor portion meets the upright portion (photo attached.) There is nothing that broke from what we can tell – just sort of a plug that pushes into a groove (with no locking mechanism), so very easy to put back together, but now comes apart every time we pull the vacuum back towards us when vacuuming our area rug. It’s literally so loose of a connection, that we now have to push it around (no pulling!) on the rug to vacuum it which seems like a heck of a lot of fuss considering it still doesn’t suck up the stuff. We purchased this as a replacement for a vacuum that never gave us trouble until it just died one day. I just bought a newer version of that vacuum here on amazon. I’m done with this thing!

Best helper ever
I believe that this is the third or fourth one of these that I have purchased. I have one in my garage and it just laps up the little gravel pieces that come in and the dust. I have one in my basement and one in the main level of my home. I use these all the time. They are very powerful. They are very lightweight. I can do most of my house in less than 10 minutes. The amount of dirt picks up is just amazing. Itâs easy to empty easy to take a part of something. It would happen to get stuck in the tube. Easy to clean. I had to replace the battery in the first one that I bought, which is probably 8 to 10 years old. Was well worth it. I have a very expensive canister vac that I can use for in my home, but I sell them take it out. The only rug I have is a braided rug, and a couple of nice heavy throw rugs. This little sweeper picks everything up off the floor or the rugs. Very satisfied with this.

Itâs ok but if I chose again Iâd send more and get something that is more flexible and can fit into tight spaces.

Totally in love with my Shark. (Yes, should get out more.) Seriously though all the excellent reviews are correct and they decided my purchase. Superb machine. Tested it on arrival on just a portion of shag carpet and could not believe what it picked up. I am too ashamed to show you all the photo. Some reviews say it is not so efficient on hard floors. I have not found that. It is a superb cleaner of carpeted and hard wood floors at a very competitive price. So glad I have it. So glad too that I chose cordless and bagless. Easy to charge it is also a good looking vacuum – if that is what floats your boat – looking more expensive than it is. Very highly recommended without hesitation.

Works very well on carpet and hard floors. The only issue is that it wouldn’t be suitable for areas with lots of carpet. The dirt compartment is very small and needs frequent emptying. Other than that it cleans up good. Very light weight and versatile. I do find that it takes a while to fully charge and I don’t like how the light still blinks once it’s charged, it’s very bright and annoying at night. So I take it off the charger once it’s done. Also it doesn’t come with any crevice tools, so it’s strictly a floor vacuum. Which is fine for me but may not be for everyone.
